Reverb is a meta-human from Earth-2 and the doppelganger of Cisco Ramon. Opposed to his Earth-1 counterpart, Reverb is evil and works for Zoom.

Reverb is brought into the legion by Deathstroke who he works alongside in his goal, he wants to be a god it seems. He joins Guzma and Darik to attack Django, Julian and Jake where he especially takes shots at Julian, saying it's disappointed that the heroes associate themselves with that marsupial. He Takes on Jake when the others begin trying to kill the trio. He leaves on request of the others after Steven and Connie save the trio. Reverb is next seen joining Deathstroke, Guzma, Welton, Malcolm Melyn and Damian Darhk in attacking Slade's team where he is the first to show up causing Technus and Manray to go after him. Reverb next leads the rest of Deathstroke's followers against Slade as Deathstroke feels they need to be kept apart from Bender and he nearly succeeds in doing so thanks to well planning. He does his best not to underestimate any of Slade's team and it was only because of Wally and Rip managing to make a plan to save the team.
Reverb then acts as co leader with Darhk to attack Mewni where he gets Deathstroke his magic wand of Mewni Culture as Darhk leads the other followers to attack the heroes. Reverb continues to assist his master with his plans and like Chrysalis he views himself as a god which is turned to the highest hilt after the Legion makes their new timeline and he betrays Deathstroke and works under Thawne who gave this in the first place. Reverb also is approached by Toffee after his defeat and they have an discussion about Toffee's intentions and suspects Toffee wants the legion to be ruled under him.
Reverb is one of the few brought into Toffee's group and assists him in conquering the Magic Kingdom before attacking Mewni under him and Reverb is the one who tells the villains, The heroes are in Mewni. Reverb tries to stop Bender and Skipper from entering the castle though Discord stalls him with Naseala and then Naseala manages to defeat Reverb eventually and Rick headshots Reverb in the head
