Overview[]
Red Tony is the father of an unnamed child who lost their lives due to the Phantom Thieves, he is also the boss of The Chicago Coat, the most powerful mob in Neo Tokyo-6. Red Tony is responsible for of murder, human trafficking, theft, gun running, rape, forced abortions, arson, grand theft auto, torture, assault, battery, armed robbery, sexual harassment, fraud, extortion, money laundering, farting in public, and possibly many, many more undocumented. When Red Tony was adopted in the orphanage by Italian parents, Red Tony grew up thinking he was Italian, until he found out he was actually Irish, where he took so much pride in his own heritage, he murdered his entire Italian family for being Italian and joined the Irish mob. Some point of time, the Irish mob become a sub city area of The Chicago Coat, and started taking orders from Tommy Vicitty. Some point of his life, he had a child with a hooker, who he took in after murdering the hooker for being Irish. There he lived a happy life until he lost his son due to a mental shutdown caused by the Phantom Thieves. He shares leadership in The Chicago Coat with Steven Silverman. Later, he blackmailed Westcott along with Tanaka into giving him weapons or they would report his scandals to the cops, as well as coercing Masayoshi Shido into letting Rose Langley Soryu off the police force.
