Red Ivan is a returning character, and Evil Genius in the upcoming game, Evil Genius 2.
Red Ivan is a playable Genius and returning character in Evil Genius 2. His appearance has become more general like, now wearing a commissar cap, several medals, and a sash. He has grown a grey beard and has seemingly lost both his left eye, and his left hand, replacing it with a robotic metal hand.
After helping the evil genius take over the world in the first game, he was given a country which he named "Ivania". After the evil genius left and the forces of justice reformed, Ivan lost Ivania and vowed to take over the world to avenge Ivania.
And he is reprised by Brian Blessed in the English dub and he will be voiced by Akio Otsuka in the Japanese dub.
