Ransik is the main antagonist of Power Rangers Time Force. He later returns as a hero in Power Rangers Wild Force.
He is portrayed by Vernon Wells.
Ransik is a former mutant criminal from the year 3000, who traveled to 2001 to rule the world before Time Force existed. He possessed powers of great strength and durability, bone manipulation, telekinesis, teleportation, and others. In Time Force, he was accompanied by his gang and his daughter Nadira. After accidentally injuring Nadira and seeing a newborn baby, Ransik learned how precious life really is and willingly turned himself in to Time Force.

He returns a year later, this time to help both the Time Force Rangers and Wild Force Rangers stop a trio of half mutant-half org monsters, which he resurrected with his mutant powers, which is also where his bone manipulation originated, after they allied themselves with Master Org. After a near-suicidal attack to destroy the Mut-Org's mutant halves, Ransik's mutations have also been purged. As a result, Ransik had become fully human, and was present when the Wild Force and Time Force Rangers had a picnic on the Animarium.
