Ra's Al Ghul is a character that hails from the Batman Universe. He is an immortal human as old as 600 years old. He is highly charismatic and leads over his men, the League of Shadows. He is a well-intentioned man whose dangerous plans are to save the world as opposed to take over. He searches for an heir to have his throne when he chooses to die.
Ra's Al Ghul's immortality is due to the Lazarus Pit, He takes dips in the pits to live longer and this can also bring people back from the dead. Ra's Al Ghul, knowing it is dangerous, only allows himself, his daughter, and his allies to use it.
He was once a member of Slade's ensemble, but he quit, not wanting to associate himself with The Joker, and the team's plans not being of his own. He decided to atone for his deeds and alley up with Dib, Bender, and the others, His resources have helped the team find out mysterious things they have never known. Ra's Al Ghul's real lair is unknown but who knows when he will show himself again.
