RAY-03 is a UG Metal Gear RAY, and a Metal Gear Rising OC. He is presumably the second RAY every built by the Desesperado, as is also possibly the only RAY left due to the previous one has been defeated by Raiden. Due to the death of important members, only few members of the faction remained, and RAY-03 has a side goal of finding them.
As of now, RAY-03 has not appeared in any series in the Multiverse, but will appear in the upcoming side story LOTM: Rules of Nature

Personality[]
RAY-03 is mainly hostile and even aggressive to others, and will obliterate them if they pose a threat to him or his faction, or attack him first. However, he’s loyal to the Desesperado. He also may be confused on where he ends up, as for now, he’s currently looking for his faction.
To Live and/or Die In Loch Loud[]
Chapter 4[]
The Ray -03 is unleashed by Morag to attack Loch Loud and Mysterio uses his illusionary tricks to frame Lincoln Loud and his partner in crime and the Ray 03 goes out to cause some damage on Morag's orders that it wants to do this.
Ray-03 causes a lot of destruction with it's quad machine guns, plasma cannons, hemp rockets, maverick missles, heat blades, gatling guns and stealth cruise missles as everyone is asleep or the others are gone
That Morning, The team wakes up to see the heavily destroyed town and Ford and co try to figure out what could have caused it when the Ray-03 Arrives with more destruction caused, Ford hears about it and that it was unleashed by Lincoln the rogue duke of Loch Loud and Ford and co don't believe it.
Ford, Luz, Anne, Amity and Marcy Wu all decide to go pursue the Ray -03 and attempt to destory it. Ford takes his ray gun while Luz and Amity use their magic, Marcy takes her cross bow and Anne takes out a sword and they go after the Ray-03. Anne and Marcy both take more physical shots at the thing but for the most part, the attacks of a cross bow and sword don't do much to due to it having very sturdy defenses and the two go looking for a weak spot as Ford, Luz and Amtiy stall it with ray gun shots and their magic.
The Ray 03 opens fire on them with it's machine guns and missles which sends the 5 rocketing with Anne and Luz both deciding to continue to attack the Ray 03 and Marcy did find an idea in regards to it's feet and runs a crossbow tying up it's feet with Ford and Amity to take their opprunity. Ray -03 catchs on to this and attacks them by using it's heat blades and gattling guns to put them off it. Ford takes a shot at the Ray-03 though it fires a plasma cannon at Ford requring Luz and Amity to protect him.
Marcy and Anne decide to take advantage of the leg spot but are sent roaring back by the heat blades as it leaves to take part in more destruction.
The Ray-03 goes to another heavily populated place though this time it's stopped by Harry and his daughter as Harry blasted it in the legs where it's weak spot is. Ray 03 attempts to shoot at the two with gattling guns and they put priority on saving the public as Jesse uses her speed to save them and daze the machine as Harry opens up more shots on it's legs causing it to slow down and get dizzy.
The Ray 03 smacks Jessie with the heat blade once again, though Harry does save her and proceeds to tell her to use electcrity from her body in part to her speed to send off Ray-03 off though it's still kicking.
Amity, Marcy and Ford go after the Ray-03 but this time they have come up with their own plan to take out the Ray 03. They figured out the head was the main target, and basically repeat what Jessie did so Anne and Luz can both destroy the armor on the jaws and the gun turrets and then they dash up to the Ray 03 and Anne cuts the UG in half
The Ray 03 is defeated but Marcy manages to claim the parts and body left having seeing some use for it with Harry and Jessie.
Chapter 5[]
With Marcy and Jessie deducted it's orgin and how it came to be. The girls put the Ray 03 put dealing with it a lower pirority then dealing with the HYDRA like mentality of killing of Separtians
It is studied by Slade and Harrison "Earth 2" Wells and they decide to put their adjustments on it after Slade make a deal with Despardo to acquire some parts to fix the Metal Gear and they get to work as Marcy is out and out about. The Duo just about finished to use the Ray 03, they just need to test it as Marcy and Slade both go over.
Chapter 6[]
As Morag and Ratiskor forgo their plans to attack the heroes, Slade, Jessie and Harrison ultimately finish the final touches on the repaired Ray 03 as they use a safe haven in Loch Loud to do so. Upon their task being finished, Slade and Harrison tell Marcy that they have it done and ready to use at her discretion. Marcy needs it and so Slade sends it out.
The Ray-03 is sent out with the co-ordinates Harrison put into it to track Marcy and it arrives right in time to give the group the upper hand needed to stop Ratiskor from killing Marcy and turning the tide to the heroes side.
Marcy shows it to her friends what she and her associates did with the Ray 03 and now they have it ready to go for them.
Finale[]
Ray 03 joins up with Slade, Harison, Marcy, King Andrias and Jessie into breaking into Morag's castle. As Andrias and Marcy split up to find something, The Ray 03 detect something and this leads Slade, Harry and Jessie all the way to Manfred Von Karma while gunning down the remaining Septarians in it's path.
After Slade and Dr.Wells kill Manfred Von Karma. Andrias and Marcy return with the dragon stone and the Metal Gear destroys it with it's fire power putting an end to the Mclaughins control over dragons if any are still suriving.
Marcy pleased with the work the Metal Gear did, decides to offer it a chance into her team as she could use a thing like this metal Gear.
Countdown To Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Chapter 2[]
Marcy sees Mojo Jojo working on the weapons for Slade as Hook, Snart and Lisa joins Slade and Celes in the attack. Mojo informs her that he has acquired her Ray-03 and now they must get it to work and Marcy and Mojo get to work providing the ample fire power to deal with Martian Z9, his monsters and Dregg's forces. Marcy puts on her safety helmet though the wrong way as Mojo has to help her put it back on and Mojo calls up Dr.Insano and Varrick to help and the 4 get to work on the Ray 03,
Insano and Varrick with their vine technology and Insano's technology manage to help Marcy repower the Ray-03 from it's capacity and Mojo tinkers with the weaponry he brought aboard the ship. Marcy and The Ray 03 head off and see Slade go to the Martian Ship and she instructs Mojo, Insano and Varrick to help out which they do.
Marcy and The Ray 03 arrive too and follow Slade.
The Ray 03 is used to hurt The Alien INvader that Customer Serivice and Z9 got into contact and Marcy uses it to damage the alien and distract it before the Ray 03 is attacked and dismatled by it with ease.
Chapter 4[]
Insano and Captain Hook manage to find it in the dupree of The Jolly Roger and bring it to Mojo and Varrick so they can finish the repairs so they can present it to Marcy and Celes which they manage to do.
They keep it in the basement and let it loose when The CSM ambushes them and it manages to put a great amount of work on his forces, it also results in the Conpsiracy pulling out from claiming it, though Marcy stops it from interferring with the detonators as she doesn't want it permantely destoryed.
Chapter 6[]
The Ray-03 is used by Marcy and Slade's forces to repel the Black Arms respectfully as they come for them under Black Doom and Homelander's orders though Marcy does have it try to hurt innocent people.
Finale[]
The Ray-03 Marcy takes control is used to help deal with the alien invaders and to dispose of Team Galactic Grunts.

RAY-03 has 4 quad machine guns, which he uses to shoot enemies.

He has a Plasma cannon in his mouth, which he uses to fire a orange-colored plasma beam powerful enough to slice a building in half.

RAY-03 has a unit on his left wing which is a storage for more rockets, which he can also fire at enemies.
Stealth Cruise Missiles[]
He has a pod of stealth cruise missiles mounted on his back, which he can fire at will.
Gatling guns[]
RAY-03 has Gatling guns at each tip of his “wings”
Heat Blade[]
He has a retractable Ginormous Heat Blade, which he can swing at enemies.

- RAY-03 May or May be not the first Metal Gear on the wiki.
- His favorite winds of Destruction member is either Sundowner or Jetstream Sam.
- RAY-03 comes from a another Metal Gear Universe, which takes place after the events of Metal Gear Rising, hence why the Winds of destruction aka the important members are dead.
