R2-D2 is a robot from Star Wars and is a pal of C-3PO. He contained the message that Leia needed Obi-Wan`s help from Darth Vader who kidnapped her.
Sometime afterwards, R2-D2 was employed into the B Team by Asokha Tano who was also part of the B Team, and she recruited him into the team because of his storage and knowledge that would greatly assist the team. Alongside him, Obi-Wan got in too and joined forces with his friend`s boss
Legends of Light and Darkness[]
R2-D2 appears as a prisoner of Dredd until he was saved by the heroes and brought to the B Castle. R2-D2 is sent to Zordon along with Shade and C3PO. Through Zordon it manages to send the signal Phantom R had for Bender for them all to be together for the attack on Darkseid.
