Queen Pandora is the true ruler of the Waller Empire and the main antagonist of Jikuu Senshi Spielban.
She is the herald of Guardian Spirit Waller, receiving his orders and directing them to the leaders of Waller's three armies. In fact, Pandora is the real power behind the throne and was simply using the idea of Waller as a means to keep her subordinates in line. She seeks to drain Earth of its water and use it to sustain her own being, as she has done with many planets in the past. Among the planets she has destroyed is Clin, the homeworld of Spielban, Diana and Helen.
In the finale, she splits into two separate forms to face Spielban and Diana, Pandora Battle Mechanoid and Pandora Lifeform, which later merge back into a single being called Pandora Life-Mechanoid.
She was portrayed by the late Machiko Soga, who also played Queen Hedrian and Bandora in Super Sentai, and Rita Repulsa in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
