Simon Morrison (April 21, 1986[1]–May 17, 2017), better known as Adrian Chase, was the former District attorney of Star City and a former close collaborator/friend of Oliver Queen as mayor, helping him in cleaning up the streets through the legal system. He was the serial killer who was calling himself Prometheus, and not only knew that Oliver is Green Arrow, but had a personal vendetta against him as well.
The Return of the Weirdmageon Cult[]
Chapter 2[]
Promethus arrives and shot no less by Craft. Where he, Pinstripe and I-ROK show up with an army against them. The group gets ready to fight though Qui Gon and Doc both realize that the others might be defenseless with this distraction. Blissina states that Crowley and Cas may have their back while leading the group with Lava Girl and Jin with Shark Boy wondering what the two are even doing.
Lalo Salmanca meanwhile is spying on this with Pinstripe and the Gang Green Gang joining. Ace tells Lalo that the others are here and they got away but NOS-4A2 seems non detered, Pinstripe recgonizes some of the team as he and Fern encounteed them before and Fern is waiting for an ambush which Promethus and I-ROK announce their success which they keep from the rest what they were doing before returning back to the team.
Mandarin returns with what he was after, with the help of Promethus which was Emma and Rikki two of Cleo's Friends and Toffee places both of them in a machine created again by Poopypants and Silco. Promethus was revealed to be one of the Villains that had a hand in capturing Marcy Wu led by NOS-4A2 who brought Grodd, Abra Kadabra , Ushari and Luv with him
Chapter 4[]
Lalo springs the real real trap on Marcy Wu and friends and has Grodd and Fern restrain them again. Lalo calls Luv and Promethus who have been the ones controlling the situation
Promethus equips the Dark Cannon ready to deliver to Toffee the heroines and the Street Fighter character. Luv now upgraded with her pandora infection start pounding on Luz and sadistcally taunts her about how she is losing her live, her home and her magic and that she is no match for her. Ibuki attacks Luv, but has to be more speedy since Luv is now much stronger and when Luv doesn't have any luck, she decides to kill Anne and Marcy by asking Grodd to just crush them to death. Promethus captures successfully Ibuki with his dark cannon and Luz sees her friend become a trophy.
Back with The cult, Promethus presents Toffee with the Ibuki Tropy, Toffee while disastisfied that he didn't get Anne, Luz, Cricket or Marcy Wu realizes that he can use this to his own advantage and Grodd knows what Toffee is plotting and offers to do the work himself. Toffee being pleased with Grodd, Luv, Lalo and Promtethus agrees and praises Lalo for his ingeniusness.
Chapter 5[]
Captain Grime, Sasha, Glomgold, Ushari, The Gang Green gang and Promethus return to the base and set up a full scale attack on Newtopia and the castle and they have seen the heroes which pleases Toffee
Promethus has managed to break into the castle and is looking to assisnate King Andrias on Toffee's orders as Toffee knew he needed someone discrete to emlinate the King and Eda who has been following some of the monsters Toffee had invade the castle and begins using her magic to indispose of them and comes face to face with Promethus and they get into a struggle with Eda using her powers to keep Promethus at bay not aware of the assassination plan. Promethus does get his fair few hits in with his skills and his arrows which do pierce Eda and he runs away from Eda trying to lose track her to get to King Andrias and Eda eventually does catch up and uses her powers to incapicate Promethus and throw him out of the castle.
Chapter 6[]
Ibuki, Grime and Promethus are on their way to where she used to reside as a baby before taken by the clan. Grime and Promethus wonder why Toffee had them come with Ibuki when she knows the way and all
Ibuki tells Grime that she has them with her for backup as the clan she orginated from there and they are dangerous. While she is more dangerous than before she may need the edge in skill. Promethus agrees with this but asks Grime how a little girl like her could be put above him on the ranks. Grime states that Toffee is clearly finding a use for her beyond being a solider and tool like the girls and that is central to Ibuki's ranking in the Cult as of her brainwashing
Ibuki tells the two that she will return to the old clan, but this time she will become the head of the clan and will assissnate the leader if he's still around. Ibuki, Grime and Promethus manage to find the Geki Clan and Ibuki tells the two and that this is it. The Geki Clan arrive ready to attack, but Ibuki tells them she is here to see the leader and that it's her, back to her orginial clan. Grime asks what's up with that, Ibuki states that this was her orginial clan before being taken away from it, She decided to go to her orginial home
As the Geki Clan leads Ibuki back to the leader, Promethus asks her what's the plan. Ibuki states that she is going to see the leader and she will make her move there. Grime and Promethus will be security for her, Ibuki states that she won't need security she has this.
Ibuki not dettered orders their deaths and Promethus basically just kills all of them with arrows and bashing their skulls in.
Chapter 7[]
Marcy is ambushed by Promethus who proves her equal in archery and she knows that she has no chance going against him physically. Promethus is quick to catch on this and tries to bait Marcy into coming toward him by using a rifle to try and shoot her. Marcy acts quick trying to avoid these shots with a grappling hook. Promethus takes out a blade and cuts the hook and then he takes his archery kit and is ready to strike Marcy in the head, and then Marcy uses many chemicals and concocts a explosive formula which is used to escape Promethus and this knocks him on his ass.
Chapter 8[]
Promethus is sent with Ibuki and Pinstripe to go after the heroes, unaware that Toffee is setting up Ibuki to kill them. Pinstripe, Promethus and Ibuki are all tailing the heroes with Ibuki intending to kill them at Toffee's orders. While they do get to the underworld and manage to force the heroes into a fight they fail to stop the heroes
Promethus and Pinstripe are both utimately trapped and killed by Cleopatra before Ibuki attempts to kill them at Toffee's orders
