Prince Phillip III is a hero from Power Rangers Dino Charge and Power Rangers Dino Super Charge.
He is portrayed by Jarred Blakiston.
Prince Phillip III is the current Prince of Zandar and is a decendant of Prince Colin. After being saved by the Rangers and witnessing Sir Ivan freeing himself from Fury's captivity, Phillip was inspired to become a Power Ranger, realizing money doesn't help to become a Ranger, Phillip began training himself. After saving Chase's sister, the Graphite Energem bonded with him, become a Ranger. Phillip isn't a full-time member due to Royalty Duties, but is still a member.
Phillip serves as the Graphite Dino Charge Ranger. He also serves as the second Royalty to be a Power Ranger, the first being Trey of Triforia, the original Gold Zeo Ranger.
