President Raiko is a character from the Avatar Universe, starting with The Legend of Korra.
He is voiced by Spencer Garrett.
Raiko is the first president of the United Republic of Nations as well as the first president in the entire Avatar Universe. He understands Korra's responsiblities as the Avatar, but didn't like the fact that she allowed the spirits to thrive along side humanity, as harmonic convergence caused vines to damage most of Republic City. Sometime after Kuvira's defeat, Raiko lost reelection to Zhu Li Moon.

Both Princess Luna and FLEETCOM didn't take too lightly to him evicting Korra from Republic City. Raiko is one of those who had comissioned Task Force 142.

Raiko is against of the Crystal Empire's Rebel Alliance's activities for being "outlawed". He is also the puppet of Palpatine and Vader.
