
Pi-Pi is a minor character in the animated TV series South Park. He is a supporting character in the episode Pee and the main antagonist of Season Special South Park; The Streaming Wars duology.

Act 1[]
Episode 5[]
Pi-Pi has been hired by Milton Midas to serve as a proxy for him so no one can discover Midas's plots. They overlook the operations at the lake as the owner of Pi Pi's Splashtown he passes off well enough to the public. Midas and Pi-Pi observe that the new water park they are making calling Splash World the newest business for them.
Episode 6[]
Pi-Pi's operations are being spied on by Doug Judy who uses what he found to tell Carmen and Carmelta about what Pi-Pi is doing as he is aware of the drought but doesn't care that he is running his water park.
He notices Lincoln and Lydia's presence at the water park and decides to just play along with this as they are harmless kids, though he does note that the spy is with him, so he goes to ask Frank to keep an eye on them. Which he does through Doug Stamper, though Pi-Pi and Frank do order him to not attack the children.
Pi-Pi and Milton Midas's plans are environmental endangering as the corrupt water comissioner tells Stan, Wendy and Morgana. The former two have being wary of him as was Dee Dee earlier, so he decides to have the water comissioner kidnapped and then killed which Midas agrees to, as a way to keep this silent. Despite the sucessful murder, Bender is already ready to track Pi-Pi as he had agreed with Stan on this.
Act 2[]
Episode 7[]
He is seen consorting Midas about the eagle's plan and is later intterograted by Bender, Wile E and Luci about his involvement in the water work which turns into him having to give water park tickets to them.
Episode 9[]
Pi Pi asks about the come longing plan and he is seen with Spot having to help with what Midas has in mind as Midas says he'll have to wait so they can transport a portion of the water to Pi-Pi . His plans are in a part found out by Lincoln, Lydia and their group in which Midas's men attempt to dispose of them before they get rid of his work and they do show that Pi-Pi's part of the plan. That the water plans go even further than the water park and the farm land is set up.
Episode 10[]
Pi-Pi isn't just hoarding water but he is league to help Midas to drain and control the pockets of everyone who relies on lake water as well as the farm land itself.
Episode 11[]
Pi-Pi serves as the auctioneer to Midas's water plan as they sell off any of the water they need and it becomes obvious that this is part of a scheme that Milton Midas is plotting with his allies.
Act 3[]
Episode 13[]
Pi-Pi discovers that Midas's operatives have been dealt with by Bender and Slade and he questions why Midas even did this to begin with. He asks about the water projects, where Midas puts him in charge of it as he is moving to food and drug work over water work now that he has managed to go unchallenged.

He is paid by Midas as a way to keep him on payroll and sends him off after his work is done
Act 4[]
Episode 19[]
Thanks To Bender's investigation and the Streaming Resistance's actions being called by Frank Under Wood, Pi-Pi is arrested and forced to return the fresh water to the masses.
War of The Streams[]
He Joined Frank Underwood and The Cartel to put his plans to work where he assists the Underwoods by using a streaming sevice and uses urine to screw up up the heroes and this forces Cleo to take a stand to him in regards to his harming of wildlife for his marketing plan. Stan and his friends also go after him as well for this and work to expose Underwood. He uses this to deal with The Streaming Resistance, The B Team and Slade's Empire as well as other allies who are working to deal with him.
When he got exposed he helped Frank Underwood and his crew kill some of the heroes, he helps him kill Kyle and Cartman before he himself is killed by Slade's Empire and Dale Gribble.
