Phoebe Spengler (also known as Pheebs) is the daughter of Callie, sister of Trevor, and granddaughter of Egon Spengler.
Phoebe is an awkward nerdy girl with some autistic traits. She has a dry sense of humor and reacts to new things and exhibits her emotions differently than others. She is also calmed by overstimulation.

Phoebe and Trevor meet Lincoln, Lydia, Scratch, Hailey, Molly, Libby, Anti Cosmo and Bender who have arrived in Okalhoma
Trevor, Phoebe, Scratch Lincoln and Lydia investigate the setting and note all the ghosts have gone loose and have been enslaved. Mentioning on top of that Gozer from last time there was major attacks. Though Phoebe doesn't rule out other universes respectively
After the rest of the crew have their own encounters with ghosts, She and Phoebe join the group to go ghost busting as Trevor thinks it will work for her due to Lincoln as well as Lydia being like her in that respect.. This takes them to multiple universals respectively, eventually leading to a climatic showdown with Halverston and Area being the locale where it took place, learning as well that Freakshow is behind this and his origins.
Getting more ghost buster equipment ready and seeing as some ghosts are willing to help take out Freakshow and learning of some of them being of the team against them. Phoebe and Trevor learn they need to do the job, after learning of the Ghostbusters being trapped in New York.
As they deal with more of Freakshow's enslaved and willing allies, Phoebe eventually get to Big City and help the others deal with Freakshow and help deal with cleaning up the town where the Irken Zim landed. She showcases why she is so smart and helps the others travel over there and helps contain Freakshow's ghoul army.
Afterwards She and Trevor leave their number for Lincoln to use if he needs their help or anything seeing him as a fellow ghost buster

Both Phoebe and her brother visited Sinnoh prior to the events of the storyline where they joined Lydia and Lincoln in investigating Sinnoh and they met Dawn. The 5 research the Sinnoh Area and how it came to be. They also discuss ghost type Pokemon for the Spenglers to capture and mention how Rotom is the most intesting one due to it's poltergeist like properties as they learned studying Charon's notes who Dawn, Lincoln and Lydia dealt with before.

Phoebe was doing some work with her brother Trevor in Arlen, Texas and she ran into Lincoln and Lydia who were here with Mulder and Scully doing some investigations of their own. Phoebe was ghost hunting something and decided to bring the two as back up to help them which ran afoul into the two agents.
Chapter 3[]
Phoebe arrives at Johanna's apartment with Trevor ready to help with the poltergeist thing, When questioning this, Pippi got a hold of her and her brother to help out sighting her as a tech genius respectively
Phoebe studies what was brought to her and it was hacked indeed. Phoebe also mentions that it was spefically made to target a person and that her friends must have attracted some kind of personal enmity with someone working with The Spot Overhearing this, she and Trevor bank with Hilda to go into the wilderness, but they both stay ahead incase any sprits show up in Trolberg.
This ends up being well found when N.Tropy and Spot's forces arrive to go after them and Phoebe goes against the ghost types Volo placed under his enslavement which she and Trevor use their proton packs to deal with. She knows they are innocent for the most part as Dawn, Lydia and Lincoln told them about
Eventually outnumbered and having fatigue, Dawn eventually comes through with her ultra beasts and helps them get way. Phoebe to herself notes the return of a familiar spectral creature.
Part 2[]
Phoebe and Trevor go with the others to try and find Hilda and run into the Mani who try to take the groups's souls. Phoebe remembering their last ecounter with them gets the traps ready and uses her proton pack to suck into the Manis as she was lucky not to deal with Tyler.This gives her more energy
Even heading back to Trolberg, they still deal with the Mani and then helps her friends get to Spot and try and find the Neisse. With Spot and The N.Trophies detonating the denators, Phoebe and the others end up going into the nowhere space found so they can avoid any potential side effects from the detonator.
Chapter 4[]
Dawn, Phoebe and Trevor like Anders, Clyde and Frida want to go help Jaune but are turned down. Dawn and the ghost busters decide in the nowhere space to maybe try another place respectively and if Lincoln and Hilda's homes aren't safe try Lydia's or New York City respectfully.
She learns to her relief that Lincoln and Lydia are fine and that they are alive. When hearing they are heading to Lydia's universe. Phoebe gears up to help her friend
Part 2[]
Phoebe and the rest of the crew get back to Flying Rhino Junior High and investigate the area respectfully with the others after being briefed by the others. Joining forces with the other kids, Phoebe manages to deal with all the respective threats that come their way in part to Spot and his Associates
She suspects something bigger is going down than though after hearing of The Time Agents find and she decides to go with Trevor to check it out.
Chapter 5[]
She and Trevor manage to head to New York and they find the city has frozen over completely and it turns this was at Spot's hands having brought his anomalty status to New York
Phoebe goes to go investigate and manages to find The Spot who is the cause of it. She also deducts that Spot has a benefactor as well as she eavesdrops. She records it and then heads off getting back to Trevor telling her to get back to Flying Rhino
Phoebe returns to the others with Trevor to report what she had found with Trevor in regards to the Spot and his benefactor. She mentions that some of the actions commited here were caused by This Benefactor as well and not just or Spot as well
This wasn't the only thing that they discovered as the two of them discovered that a fossil piece that was in the hand of The N.Trophies.
Chapter 6[]
With The False Groudon on the loose, Trevor takes out the car and drives to the lab so they can get there and try to reverse False Groudon with Phoebe running what could possibly be done to deal with it
When Trevor is eventually sucked into by the tentacles, Phoebe tries to take the wheel from him but is taken as well leaving it to the rest of the team.
Upon being freed, Phoebe and Trevor decide to return back home respectfully and are dropped off by Pop Pop and Myrtle as well
