Phase 4's A Plot
This is the central plot of Phase 4 (The End of An Era and Beginning of A New Era) in The Multiverse) of the two on going plots of the ongoing of the storyline.
Team Free Will is the center focus as it follows the new Team Free Will formed after the fallout of TGTTA 2 and Dark Miracle Elite Endgame.
While many of the cast is focused, Phase 4's A Plot is about Team Free Will's most normal and everyman heroes overall.

Double Life Emergence[]
Only Lincoln Loud and Lydia Lopez of Team Free Will appear in this storyline as they unintentionally get involved in the events going on as they were initially trying to go on a tour of Lydia's nationality for Lincoln to be creative with his own hobbies and desires. They serve as the tetragoinsts of the storyline.
Deathstroke and his associate are also involved too with the former as a main character and a triagonist alongside Slade's Ensemble member Harry Wells and B Team Members Stan Marsh and Wile E Coyote.
Dee Dee Holloaway and Doug Judy of The Streaming Resistance have also appeared. The Former serves as a main character and the deuteragonist behind the 4 main protagonists. The Latter is a member of The Cartel though a wild card.
Return of The Weirdmagedon Cult[]
The First storyline that deals with the return of Toffee and Bill Cipher and how many of the new main characters joined the storyline and the status quo was shaken up. It introduced The Mar Mar Gang with Marcy Wu, Anne Boonchuy, Luz Noceda, Cricket Green, Sprig Plantar, Eda Clawthrone and King.
The Main Characters were Lydia Lopez, Lincoln Loud, Ford Pines, Amanda Payne, Cleo Setori, Castiel, Rick Sanchez, Toffee, Bill Cipher, Luz Noceda and Marcy Wu
Due to the events that precedded it, Ford Pines became the leader of Team Free Will Respectively
To Live And/Or Die in Loch Loud[]
Some time after the Weirdmagedon Cult, Morag Mclaughin remerged for revenge and allied with Ratiskor she goes after Team Free Will. However she has her eyes set on Lincoln for revenge as well as Lydia.
Lincoln wants to know about his family heritage and goes to Loch Loud to discover it, and Lydia needs to find the Infinity Stones to get them back before Morag can get them and prove she's not in Ford's Shadow. Of Course that's not the only thing on their head respectively as they try to figure out they really feel each for other.
Ford tries to let go and let Lydia be her own person, while Sid Chang starts learning magic and Marcy allies with Harrison Wells, Newtopia and some other friends of hers to deal with Morag.

The Unown Threat[]
As the heroes were recovering, May ends up stumbling onto The Unown King and Unowns and gets into contact with Ford, Anne, Luz and others to help out with a signal of distress
This got to the attention of Lincoln and Lydia, who decide to help to defeat the Unown King and join forces with Dawn in this respectively without Ford, Anne and Luz knowing. Receiving the help of Toby and AAAARRRGGH!! as well doing this.
It's not just that, Team Rocket has remerged and is intent to take advantage of this as well

Team Free Will: Disassembled[]
After a long time, Team Free Will got into contact with President Deathstroke Wilson, who was a former foe of Ford, Lydia and Lincoln through his spy Larke Tanner, a friend of Lincoln's sister Leni Loud who kept tabs on them. The heroes learn Cleo has returned and escaped prison and has joined forces with Omni Man and M.A.L.I.C.E. The Former, Ford knows about and is an old friend of his before he was trapped in the portal.
Ford must hopefully try to reach to his old friend Nolan, who has been slandering Lydia, while leading his group to face off with Nolan. Amanda is admant to face her friend turned foe as well just like Ford. This in turn having to deal with The Nano Gauntlet and The Infinity Gems that came from some alternate universe somehow
Lincoln and Lydia both bring in their new friend Truman X at the time to help out with this and they reunite with Marcus, Lydia's friend as they invesitgate something known as The Upside Down. They run into and meet Mulder and Scully who they work with in discrete. Lincoln and Lydia's love for each other starts to bud, though with Hilda joining them, a love triangle between Lincoln, Hilda and Lydia beginning forming unknown to the three.
Sid meanwhile is continuing to learn her magic from Eclipsa and Luz, and finds herself gaining another new foe out for her and Eclpisa. She also offically begins to bond with Lisa Loud, Lincoln's brillaint sister as they form a duo together.
With Hilda breaking her grounding to help Team Free Will, Johanna goes to look for her, teaming with The Bad Guys, Deathstroke's Associates and Jaune Arc, The Latter she starts dating.
The True leader of M.A.L.I.C.E emerged as The Smoking Man, a main villain from Team Free Will's debut story. He manages to basically ruin their goodwill and diaseemble while plotting against Cleo and Omni Man. Amanda and Cleo are killed in self safrice for Team Free Will mainly Lydia, and they have to relocate until the heat dies down

Countdown to Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Despite the relocation and spliting the team, The Smoking Man wasn't ready to have this be begones. He decides to work on killing Team Free Will and locating where they were hiding.
Each of the members go their own way respectfully to stop CSM and his plans
Ford Pines, Larke Tanner and Bruce Wayne join forces with The Bad Guys, Deathstroke and his associates as well as Omni Man to go to space gathering help and fighting CSM's alien allies for his colonization. Eventually they team up with Mulder, Scully, The Xs, Troy, Mr.Wolf's Love Interest Diane and others to stop CSM and his colonization
Mulder, Scully and Truman X are trying to keep Lydia and Lincoln safe as they are CSM's Top two targets and needed extra relocation. They work to investigate and blow his cover and what he has planned with The Russians.
Sid Chang, Lisa Loud and Scratch McGee meanwhile take a different stance. Lisa runs away from Child Protective Services and takes residence with Sid and Scratch. They are found by Bender and Anti Cosmo who are after the Conspiracy and due to their connection to Lisa Loud, the three team up with Bender, Anti Cosmo and their friends to expose CSM and Vought. Bliss, Shark Man and Lava Girl also get involved with them too helping Luan Loud and Harry Wells, while Marcy is working with Slade. They also stumble into Joker (Persona 5) who is lost in time. They get involved in Bender's investigation to help his friends.
Lastly, Lydia and Lincoln are trying to deal with exile and their relocation. They use the time to ponder their situation and decide to ignore orders which leads them to get involved in the case against The Smoking Man. Lincoln and Lydia run into Martin Brenner and Sam Owens, the latter knowing of the two's true enemy in Vecna who was who they dealt with and The Smoking Man. They also run into May, Dawn and Doc Brown again, while meeting Cassie Lang, Kelly and Doc's kids who help them with their plan to save the others.
During their time away from the others, Lydia and Lincoln confess their love for each other and despite the awkardness of it, The two decide to offically become a couple despite still being 11. The Group goes to Sinnoh to find legendaries to deal with Operation Countdown and the two of them deal with the Unown as well. When it goes under way, Lydia, Lincoln and Dawn take on The Smoking Man and defeat him.
Lydia safrices her desire to get her family out of vegetable to help Lincoln get his family back feeling like he gives so much. They are brought back to their homes, and the two intent to keep their couple status a secret from their friends with Mulder and Scully adopting Lydia as their kid.

Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
With the events of Countdown behind Lincoln, Lydia, Ford, Sid, Truman X, Mulder, Scully, Scratch, Deathstroke and Larke respectfully they and the others return their lives.
However Both Belos and Vecna accompanined by Mina who returned after have the Day of Unity respectively and decide on killing one who will stop them.. Sid Chang.
Sid is in the fight for her own life at the hands of Mina Loveberry, The Magic High Comssion as well as Belos and his coven heads. They want her dead, for some specified reason as some "chosen one'. She herself is going through some freaky changes of her own with some spouts of white hair, zits and absorbing magic and not knowing her own powers. Teaming up with Luz, The Hexside Squad, Eda, Lillith, King, Lisa, her mentor Eclipsa, her mentor's husband Globgor and Marcy Wu Sid goes after Mina and Belos to stop their plans on her own without the other members of Team Free Will. However Luz, Hunter and Amity are all being targeted by Vecna in some plan to escape The Upside Down with the intent to kill them as he cursed them. While they live, Vecna still escapes due to still counting. Sid once again crosses paths with Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Luan and Harry Wells who were working with Marcy behind the scenes. Sid learns she is becoming a witch hence why this is all happening. Her friends and the others work on a way to control her destructive magic and use it for good. While it takes a well, Sid gets a handle of this and kills Belos with Anti Cosmo, Bender, Slade, Marcy Wu, Lisa, Eclpisa and The Collector
Meanwhile with the rest of the crew, Deathstroke, Mulder, Scully and Team Free Will work to deal with the rise of Vecna and Belos. Lincoln and Lydia have to deal with 2 spefic issues of their own. The first one being Vecna who they know about unlike the rest of the cast and how to stop him as they know Vecna is aiming for the two in personal vegencace again. Secondly, Hilda is intend to confess her love for Lincoln and Hilda is at odds with Lydia when it come to Lincoln as Hilda has become insecure and jealous of Lydia, all this while dealing with becoming a step sister. Hilda's jealousy and insecurity of Lydia makes her targeted by both Bianca Dupree and Vecna, the former tries to maplulate her to fighting and then killing Lydia to get Lincoln for herself, and to spite Larke for getting between her and Troy.Meanwhile Vecna uses Hilda's insecruity to get revenge on Jaune Arc as he was his former lover's killer. Lydia despite her differences with Hilda still helps Lincoln try to save her from Vecna and learns Hilda's grieveances with her from Joanna after Hilda discovers Lincoln choose Lydia over her and is giving them the silence treatment out of feeling mislead and accusing the latter of being a home wrecker and putting Jaune in a coma. Eventually Hilda makes up with both of them and with Jaune's help takes on Vecna and accepts the hand she was dealt with.

Chronicles of Zaragoza[]
Larke Tanner and Betty Barnett take on major roles through out the storyline. Ford, Sid, Anne, May, Ronnie Anne, Sprig, Luz and Bruce Wayne all appear in Chapter 5, with Lincoln, Lydia, Doc, Dawn, Truman and Selina also appearing as well. The Bad Guys appeared in Chapter 8 as well as well as Lydia and Lincoln appearing as the young adult sources Spider Noir, Betty and Larke work with.
The Bad Guys and The Boys[]
The Bad Guys, Mulder, Scully, Larke Tanner, Mark Greyson, Bruce Wayne and Betty Barnett take on major roles in this storyline where they take on Kang and his disciples with Deathstroke and his assoicates. Selina, Jules and Verne arrive at the end of the storyline and Lincoln, Lydia and Truman X are mentioned
Perlude To Greatest Universal Horror Show of Circus Gothica[]
Lincoln, Lydia, Truman X and Dawn get involved in a perlude to their Halloween Adventures with the family to deal with horror movie monsters. They are joined by Truman's Parents who go after the horror movie monsters that enter the multiverse. All this started from a date Lincoln and Lydia went that turned into a invasion
Greatest Universal Horror Show of Circus Gothica[]
Lincoln, Lydia, Ford, Sid, Cricket Green, Molly Mcgee, Scratch Mcgee, Clyde, Ronnie Anne, Eclpisa, Sylvester and Tweety all return for the halloween event of 2023 to deal with Freakshow. They team up with Bender, Luan Loud, Wile E Coyote, Dale Gribble, XR, Will Vandom, Sarah Fox, Dixie, Gonner, Balto's Family, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Harry Wells, Skulker, Technus, The Flying Dutchman, Fright Knight, Hades, HIM, Sartana of The Dead, Marcy Wu, Libby Stein, Hailey Banks and The Mar Mar Gang to deal with Freakshow. They also meet Egon Spengler's Grandkids and Pippi Long Stocking who join the team.
War of the Streams[]
This story introduces The Streaming Resistance to the series for this story, Streamverse and possibly En.Tropized. As they take on Frank Underwood and the Cabinet in a last stand for the Cartel respectively alongside Slade's Empire and The B Team who lead their own sideends against Underwood.
Streamverse[]
Still going strong as a healthy couple, Lincoln and Lydia continue to live their lives as kids and each other's best friends while keeping their romance hidden from most of the others.
Lincoln has some issues going on with his high popularity with girls, who want to ask him to Sadie Hawkins and questioning why he likes Lydia when she's "weird". He also has attended Group Therapy with Nickledon Kid Heroes to understand his troubles further on the advice of Mr.Candle as he wanted to feel some understanding about what he has seen and dealt with.
Lydia, meanwhile is dealing with riducle from plenty of girls over her tomboyish tendencies and how she isn't a proper girl. She is also dealing with having to increidbly mature for her age and it's downsides as well as feeling like she needs to take care of herself with Mulder and Scully being busy. She also is seeing Mr.Candle still for sessions to discuss this and her demi sexual/grey asexualness which others mistaken for weird.
However, the two are at peace when they see each other due to how open the duo have always been. After an event that puts the two in a new playing field, Lydia and Lincoln find themselves teaming up with a group of heroes mostly from streaming shows so they can put a stop to a cosmic flaw and learn how far the rabbit hole goes since the beginning of Phase 4.
Hilda pays a visit to Royal Woods with Jaune, Johanna and Frida as she has stayed in contact with them. Hilda felt gulity and awful for how she treated both Lincoln and Lydia. Especially in the case of the latter for realizing the struggles she went through regarding her single targeted attraction and family. Hilda has tried to balance her life as a step sister, and a supporting friend to both them as well as her own friends. Jaune and Johanne visit Royal Woods as a part of one of their jobs respectfully as well as Johanne wanting to at least get the other two kids to be more their age as Johanna is concerned for them respectfully. Frida came along so she can go with Clyde to Sadie Hawkins, though is baffled why Lydia doesn't really care about it and doesn't make such a splash out of it. Hilda takes charge of the others to rescue her friends from what they have gotten themselves into

The Mysterious Dr.Nefarious Trophy makes his move finally after constant observations and attacks on Team Free Will mainly Lydia who he has a personal grudge against. Teaming up with Bender and President Deathstroke, Team Free WIll sets off to face the foe above all else has been causing them trouble. The Main characters are Lydia, Lincoln, Ford Pines, Sid Chang, Anne Boonchy, Scratch Mcgee, Will Robinson, Peacemaker, Eleven, Wednesday Adams, Jake Perlata and Amy Santiago though only Lincoln and Lydia are main characters of every book serving as 2 parts of the core 4 protagonists of the storyline alongside B Team Member and Slade's Empire right hand Anti Cosmo.
Book 1 Overture has Ford, Lydia, Lincoln, Sid, Anne and Scratch Mcgee lead the plot and are up against N.Tropy's right hand man Victoria Neuman, though only Lydia and Lincoln know her and don't know she's the villain. The Streaming Resistance also has a good amount of main characters in the lime light too with Jake, Amy, Will Robinson, Peacemaker, Eleven and Wednesday also getting focus
Book 2: Interlude has Lydia, Lincoln, Ford, Will Robinson and Toby as the center characters of the A Plot where they take a backseat to Bender, Anti Cosmo and their own plot points. Where the former two have their birthdays and help The Streaming Resistance deal with General Mornado which leads to a tragic death and meeting N.Tropy.
Book 3 has Lydia, Lincoln, Anne, Sid, Toby, Will, Peacemaker, Eleven, Wednesday, Jake and Amy as the main characters where they take center stage dealing with Ford's death, finishing the job and trying to save Mulder and Scully. Lincoln and Lydia team up with The Streaming Resistance, Victoria Neuman, Jaune Arc and Johanna to finish their trek and to prepare how to stop N.Tropy while dealing with the ramification of the events of the previous books and having to be the leaders of Team Free Will. Sid, Toby and Will work with the rest of Team Free Will to save Mulder, Scully and The Louds from N.Tropy's plans to lobotomize them to hurt Lydia and Lincoln. Anne meanwhile discovers the truth of what has occured with Marcy and Sasha as well as Andrias's secret invasion plans and get stranded with Bender, Anti Cosmo, Libby and Luan back where she lives and upon learning of her powers team up with Anti Cosmo and Bender to get ready to deal with Andrias.
Book 4 has Lincoln, Lydia and Anne as the main characters of the plot as they work to resolve N.Tropy and King Andiras's plots with Deathstroke backing the former two and Anne getting the help of Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Luan, Libby, Harry, Sasha and the former's three old pals to stop Andrias. This leads to Anne departing Amphibia and Lincoln and Lydia deciding to take the offer to lead Team Free Will and choose their adventures under Victoria Neuman who became the president of the northern multiverse after Deathstroke gives up his life.

The A Plotline is the storyline that introduces the most characters
The 2nd and 4th storyline take place at the same time of a B Plot storyline
Lincoln Loud and Lydia Lopez are the only characters to appear in every storyline in the A Plot apart from The Bad Guys and War of The Streams and they are mentioned in those storylines. This is fitting considering with the exception of The Unown Threat, Double Life Emergence and Chronicles of Zaragoza)the two are among the main characters and the main protagonists of Phase 4 (The End of An Era and Beginning of A New Era) Overall

- To Live And/or Die in Loch Loud has Lincoln and Lydia drive the plot more than usual, with Ford, Sid and Marcy taking major roles as well
- The Unown Threat places more spotlight on King, Anne and Luz alongside Ford and gives more screentime to May and Dawn
- Team Free Will Disassembled is namely about Ford Pines, with Lydia, Lincoln and Sid also being main protagonists. But it also focuses on Amanda, Luz, Anne, Cleo, Bruce Wayne and Larke Tanner as well
- Countdown To Chang's Guide To The Galaxy splits the crew in multiple groups where they receive more screen time

- En.Tropized gives Anne center spotlight with Lincoln and Lydia as well as the main Team Free Will Member and aside from Bender, Anti Cosmo and them the most important character for the 2nd half.
- Cricket Green though not a having a particular day in the limelight did take a main character role in the B Plot Storyline The Prankster Point Paradox, he did eventually take a main role in Greatest Universal Horror Show of Circus Gothica
- Greatest Universal Horror Show of Circus Gothica also gives Molly Mcgee and Scratch days in the limelights
- Double Life Emerged while exclusively focusing on Lydia and Lincoln, gives more focus to their relationship with the Streaming Resistance mainly Prytha Nikos and Toby Domalzki.
