The Phantom Virus is a menacing virtual virus ghost and the central antagonist of the Scooby-Doo franchise’s 9th feature film Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase.

Phantom Virus is recurited by Freakshow to assist in his horror show basically and placed under Prime Evil.
Alongside the other ghosts, Phatom Virus does dirty work and hacks into the software of Okalhoma which has Lincoln, Lydia, Bender, AC and the others with Phoebe and Trevor.
He is defeated by being sucked in the proton pack, though he ends up escaping eventually due to Prime Evil and Freakshow
He shows himself again during the final showdown and tries to go after the heroes. He gets stuck in the Proton Pack and once and for all
