The Phantom Blot is a recurring villain from Disney who is arguably one of Mickey Mouse's most recurring foes next to Peg Leg Pete himself - The Phantom Blot is also one of the most dangerous villains in the Disney universe (at least the part in which Mickey Mouse resides in).
This was not always the case however and originally The Phantom Blot was simply a hooded thief whom Mickey helped capture, it was not until later that The Phantom Blot would evolve into a criminal mastermind and a much bigger threat to the security of the world - adding such sinister abilities as hypnotism, manipulation, great knowledge of psychology, blackmailing and a mastery of escape into his arsenal: making him more formidable.
His Goal: Destroy Christmas and New years Eve.

A Christmas Bizarro[]
On Christmas Day, just before their arrival, Lord Death has left for the quest on his own. Seth and Khyber is ordered to stay there and wait for their return.
When Strong Bad annd the gang eventually return to thier home, Seth and Khyber immediately informs Phantom Blot, and he sets his plan into motion. He asinged Abominable Snowmonster to kill them.
So, that night, the gang invade Bizarro Leagues camp via a secret passage and try to make off with the keys while Phantom Blot and Bizarro league are in a drunken slumber, ending up as a dangerous chase and game of "keep away" between each other. In the end of the chase, the heroes escape, Sam in possession of the keys.
A misled Grinch accompanies Miracle Elite to the Lair, and Phantom Blot and his League follow and arrest the Grinch and the gang. Triumphant, his league ties Grinch to a spring-loaded mousetrap, connected with a Rube Goldberg machine made of a gun, a crossbow, an axe, and an avil.
Grinch proceeds to go to where Phantom Blot were, defeating the Bizarro League and thwarting Phantom Blot's invasion. Blot ordered Wrath to emphasizes swatting Suddenly the clock bell tolls causing Phantom Blot and his league to retreat. Phantom Blot escapes and joins Zira's Real Master Dormammu alongside the rest of the main members apart from Wrath and Slender Man.

Chapter 7[]
The Phantom Blot is a solo agent for Toffee and is mentioned by N.Tropy and Morag as someone who has some more stuff to help Morag with a plan against the Louds
Odalia and Derek have their attack basically planned, Odalia oversees that they have managed to increase of the ratio of humans and pistachios to 20 and 80. Derek states that his MULCH weapon was a succeess and asks Odalia about the remaining 20%. This is when Phantom Blot arrives and infroms the duo of a squad that has been analyzing the pistachios and have they seem to be packing the orange soda that kills pistachios. Phantom Blot leaves afterwards as he doesn't work with teams directly but still will do anything if called a favor. Though it also revealed that he stole a fear medallon and gave it to Mandarin and Morag for their plan.
The Shadow Blot accepts his payment from Toffee and he asks does Toffee have had any other jobs for him, and Toffee states he does have some other tasks for him.
Chapter 8[]
Toffee puts a call on the Blot and gives a new mission for the Shadow Blot. Shadow Blot is showed the interdeminsional rift by Toffee and that he needs the Blot to steal it from Ford and thus they can begin Weirdmaggedon
Shadow Blot asks what is the payment and Toffee states that this treasure chest of diamonds and that he has it's worth caluclated to half a million. Shadow Blot agrees as a result and N0S-4A2 accompanies him.
N0S-4A2 and The Shadow Blot tail Team Free Will waiting for a move regarding the Interdeminesonal Rift and follows them to the Butterfly Castle and this is when they see the Rift fall out of Ford. Sid chases after the rift intending to prevent it from being in the wrong hands.
Sid is almost successful and then Shadow Blot and Mandarin both stop Sid from acquiring the rift too. Shadow Blot decides unlike Mandarin to just leave as a result and delivers it to N0S-4A2 and Toffee.
Toffee gives the Blot permission to break it as a reward and Blot is unable to break it due to Ford using a strengthed security but this is when Zhan Tiri manages to break causing Weirdmagedon to start.
Chapter 9[]
Toffee assigns Phantom Blot to kill King Andrias with the others and hands him a weapon Toffee saved just for King Andiras. Phantom Blot reveals he has orchrstrated control over the media so Toffee can announce his intent to lead the multiverse after he "saves it' from Bill Cipher
Unlike the rest of Toffee's Allies he makes a point to be as sneaky as possible in regards to The Newtopia Castle and when he sees Anti Cosmo, Marcy, Bender and Slade, he manages to get them off his back and have Sasha and Grime distract the 4.
He still has to deal with Luan and Harrison who engage against him, He underestimates Luan who end being who stops him While Harrison does a good amount of leg work, Luan does ultimately be the one to stop the Blot with the wording Bender gave her and using her pranks stragically to stop the Blot and have him arrested.
Multiversal Noir[]
Chapter 3[]
Phantom Blot is visited in his cell by Skipper, Starfire, Heloise, Edd, Darkwing and Buttercup who have questions about the event that them and others turned into petrifying statues and rendered immobile known as Weirdmagedon. Blot confirms that he was working for Toffee but not offically when questioned by Starfire. Skipper and Heloise ask Blot how Toffee returned and Blot states that he's a septarian and they can regenerate from anything.
Starfire questions Phantom Blot about Toffee's plans and he says he was just a thief hired by him though does state that He had a plan to conquer the multiverse or at least to his knowledge was putting Disney on top. Darkwing calls the Blot insane as despite being a disney character he was petrified and Blot states that he's a defiant one that Toffee has blocked from helping the true heroes from stopping him. Darkwing unlike Buttercup who rises to Blot's bait doesn't listen as he knows he's a true hero.
Starfire asks about The Blot's defeat and learns that he was defeated by Harry Wells and Luan Loud with the help of a quirky archer, a blue imp, a robot and an orange helmeted man and that this was during Weirmdagedon with Sasha Wayblight and Captain Grime who were also arrested. Blot in turns gives away to Skipper and Starfire that Bender, Slade and Anti Cosmo were also involved in this investigation against Toffee.
Buttercup is not pleased to see the Blot and questions Phantom Blot on their friends's disappearance, which Blot states he really doesn't know who Lizbeth is and he won't talk. Buttercup decides to go full beatdown on Blot so Heloise can get more words on him and Darkwing and Edd decide to let this.
Buttercup having beating up Phantom Blot for a hour decides to take it easy and The Blot tells Buttercup that her sister Bliss didn't have much fight in her as Buttercup which Darkwing refrains her from trying to killing Phantom Blot and asks about his knowledge on her. Blot reveals that she was a victim of the event of the Cult under Toffee and got lucky that she wasn't dead
Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Phantom Blot makes his return under the service of Emperor Belos despite his hatred of magic. Though he is aware of Belos trying to kill withces and is mostly on bored for this reason. With Lincoln, Lydia, Ford, Sid, Luz, Anne, Cricket, Ronnie Anne, Crowley, Marcy Wu, Sasha, Grime, Alador, Bender, Luan, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Harrison Wells, Wile E Coyote, Captain Hero, Bean and King Andrias all around in the story, Phantom Blot has a beef to settle with Team Free Will as well as Bender and his pals alike.
Prologue[]
It is revealed that The Blot once more broke out of prison and he joined up with Belos to get rid of magic and decided to use the opporunity to bide his time with all the magic allies Belos had in his group.
Phantom Blot is seen with Mina and her crew to go after the heroes and kill Sid. He faces Marcy Wu who he chooses spefically because she did lock him away
Blot manages to fare for himself very well against Marcy as a result of Marcy taking him on alone.
Realizing it won't get anywhere, The Blot decides to flee like the others after noticing the president's solider has entered the battle field.
Chapter 1[]
Emperor Belos, Tezkel Kan, The Chairman, Phantom Blot, Odalia, John Rainbird, Erik Alberg, Queen Dagmar, Becky, Cloyd and Bianca have arrived in Loch Loud and it turns that have indeed become aware of what magic lies in Loch Loud. Belos feels that in order to accomplish what is needed, they must take a pratical approach and eliminate what magic there is here.
Phantom Blot steps up to do this and Belos states he'll have his time. First thing is first he needs their attention and inquires the Chairman to do so. Belos, Dagmar, Becky, Cloyd and Odalia decide that they must attack on that point, Erik Alberg and Bianca decide to come along. Rainbird and Tezkel Kan will help The Blot with his end as Belos is aware that the heroes are not alone and he must get the tasks done as said.
Phantom Blot heads off with them following and states that he will destory the magic as he considers a great evil. Though he wanders why Belos or Mina has not sent him after Sid if she is such a threat. Blot feels he shall bind his time before he makes his own move.
Tezkel Kan, Rainbird and The Blot arrive with Emperor Belos. Ford and Belos confront each other about the matter and Ford decides to fight Belos while Anne and Hilda go to fight off Tezkel, Rainbird and The Blot while Angus, Ronnie Anne and Cricket sneak Leia out respectfully.
While Anne and Hilda are sucessful at dealing with and distracting the three villains, Belos is throwing Ford around right a rag doll and This is when Cricket, Ronnie Anne and Angus try to get to Leia almost sucessfully they are stopped by The Blot and Emperor Belos who Belos kills to heal himself like a tailsman while The Blot finds the dragon stone, and every magical item that was stored away in the depts of Loch Loud and siphens it away with a mechanical Gauntlet as Angus, Cricket and Ronnie Anne are helpless to watch
Chapter 2[]
Belos and The Blot discuss how will this work as The Blot thinks this isn't exactly a good plan. Belos states it's his way or no way. He does state that The Chairman feeds on misery and in order to keep the ghosts on their side, unlike those wolves, it is necessary to keep them happy.
Blot emerges after Belos loses sight of Mulder, Scully and Jauna, it turns out both him and Emperor Belos are banking on something so Belos can regain control over wolves
Belos states Jauna and Luz stopped it with Hilda and Joanna with his connections to the Trundle. Blot is instructed to keep Alberg from knowing this and Erik Alberg for as loud mouthed as he is is more than useful to help with their plan.
Chapter 3[]
The Phantom Blot and Belos receive news from Horner as he assists Belos and his covens with their plan. Belos needing everyone other than Blot and Horner off his back at this point send The Blot to help Horner and The Magic Comission. He arrives to see Horner and he has his gauntlet ready to deal with any magic Luz will use on them. The Magic High Comission tells Blot that they need Luz, Lisa, King and Traloc alive.
The Phantom Blot ambushes the crew with Jack Horner and The Magic High Comission with the intent to bring them to Belos or in the case of The Blot, take their "evil" magic. The Blot spefically targets Bianca due to her being a magical creature when compared to Luz who can summon glyph magic. This is something he almost succeeds in if not for Lisa intterupting him and then King stunning him with his screaming powers
Not Dettered, Blot manages to observe the events and discusses with Horner about how to proceed with The Emperor. Phantom Blot deides to follow suit with the other heroes, though he is aware that he was almost shot by Mike so it was a wonder he wasn't caught.
Phantom Blot seen Sid use the Interdimenisonal Scissors to head to Hogwarts and he reports this to Belos. Blot and Belos intermize that it could be time to put that plan Belos has in mind. Blot is instructed to head to The Boiling Isles to help Jack and him with their plan.
Chapter 4[]
Belos goes to Shadow Blot and Big Jack Horner and instructs them to proceed with their plan on The Boiling Isles as he is intending on killing all the witches who oppose him and he knows there is a resistance building against them. Horner inquires on what should he use, Belos doesn't really care what he uses, as he know Blot has a Gauntlet of his own. Belos's coven allies also arrive to assist Belos in enforcing his will and Belos has Jack Horner go with them as Blot will basically kill the witches they do catchh
Gus directs Mike to look into The Phantom Blot and go after him due to what he and Mike looked into. Mike equips himself with his pistol and sliencer to go after Blot and he notices the Gauntlet on him and observes how Blot just drains anyone rebelling against Belos of their magic. Mike works to take shots on the gauntlet, those they just bounce off, Blot notices and tries his own plans on MIke as Mike tries to figure out the Gauntlet
Ford, Grime, Deathstroke and Mike continue to do what they can against Blot, Rowena and Jack Horner and Belos's Coven.
Grime joins Mike as they try to take on The Blot, Mike manages to have The Blot outwitted through simple tactics and has Grime attack the Gauntlet which does work accordingly to plan. Phantom Blot goes to take his Gauntlet through Mike manages to grab it from him and Grime keeps Blot at bay. Phantom Blot escapes from Grime and decides to get Mike himself through Deathstroke stops him from doing so.
Belos states that covenless witches are now less numerous so he has succeeded to an extent, Horner is handed another magical weapon as a reward for his work. Blot states that he lost his maigc gauntlet and it's with the heroes, Belos states that it's not like they can use it so it is not a total loss.
Chapter 5[]
Blot is with Belos and his guys in regards to his plan and is told to head to Hawkins with his repaired gauntlet which was duplicated unknown to others as he works with Rowena on something. This is when he is spotted by Sasha and the others and they go suit
His Gauntlet confuses Grime who thought he and Crowley got rid of it and he fights Grime, Anne and Sasha. As he does so, the latter two try to convince him to turn against the emperor as Belos is a wizard, has witches working for him and yet Blot is helping him despite his magic is evil views. This doesn't necessary work and Blot escapes being trapped by them with a clever trap on the three.
That being said, when he does return to Belos, Blot begins questioning Belos's intent with wizard and witches and feels that Belos isn't been upfront with him and decides to do some investigating for himself.
Chapter 6[]
The Blot is revealed to be one of the few agents aware of the Draining Spell plan of Belos alongside Jack Horner as it's a way for him to eliminate magic and witches. He and the others are spied on by Slade's Empire and the Coven heads against him and figure out this plan.
The Blot is informed by Jack Horner that Sid and her friends are getting reinforcements respectfully to help out in magical creatures, so The Blot decides to put a stop to this in regards to Harry, Wile E and Lisa getting the help of the Yugopotamians and tries to rig that they are taken out of comission before they can succeed at this. Wile E however spots him and with Harry manage to deal the Blot as best as they can before the Yugopotamian mothership crashes nearly killing everyone in tact.
He escapes them by turning himself into liquid with a device to not be caught by Slade or Bender's crew respectfully before getting back to Belos.
Chapter 8[]
The Blot fights for Belos and goes against Luan, Harry, Hero, G-Lo and Jessie who manage to put him under arrest and lock him away
