Perry the Platypus, codenamed Agent P, is Phineas and Ferb's pet platypus, who, unknown to his owners, lives a double life as a secret agent for the O.W.C.A. (The Organization Without a Cool Acronym a.k.a. "The Agency"), a government organization of animal spies. In the Agency, his immediate superior is Major Monogram.

Perry was working with Bond in their investigation and tags with them to bring the Children of BlackGarurumon down. After the heroes chase out Mor'Du, Mandrake and MetalBlackGreymon, they find the first puzzle of the treasure which Aleu goes to get though she falls, and then Kiki, Protoman and Blue do so and the four are looking like they are going to fall. Perry then saves the four from falling which has Blade question how he did it.
Perry then joins the other with Sinister's group this time and this leads in a basement of Sinister's industries and then an underwater highly pressured area which Abe Sapien leads them into where he goes with Bond and Protoman. He is one of the characters arrested by SOPA or Sinister's allies and placed in prison
