Maureen Connor was a mentally broken homeless girl. After the Big Bang, she became a Bang Baby and called herself Permafrost. She appeared only once, in the episode Frozen Out.
Maureen grew up in a troubled home environment, with a sick mother and a stepfather who wanted nothing to do with her. One Christmas Eve in her early childhood, her stepfather abandoned the family as Maureen was opening her Christmas gifts. Her mother died from medical complications quickly after. Running away from the child services agent assigned to her case, Maureen shattered the gift angel her mother bought for her. she spent the night in the cold. She lived in the repair depot of the cable car company, with other unhoused people. She occasionally came to Reverend Anderson for meals, but disappeared after the Big Bang granted her the power to manipulate, and be impervious to, the cold.
