Perceptor (Beast Wars)

Perceptor is a Maximal scientist. His beast mode is a hawk. He was named after the Autobot Perceptor by the Children of the Autobots. He developed Corrostop much like the other Perceptor did. Corrostop is anti-rusting agents that he created.
