Peggy served as a general in the American Army. She came across a young man named Steve Rogers (Captain America), she made it her duty to safely escort him to the laboratory while she began taking interest in him for his nice guy personality
Peggy served as one of his main allies and friends and got jealous when someone got interested in Steve. However Steve was frozen for 70 years and she fell into depression
Fortunately for Peggy, she met Nick Fury who took her to 2011. There, she reunited with Steve and started a official relationship with him. Peggy also had the idea to make a Child Avenger group. She took interest in M.O.D.A.B's kid heroes and after The Great Time Travel Adventure, Peggy knew immediately who to make the leader of the team and had an idea of which other 2 heroes should join.
