Ora is a member of the Time Jackers and a major antagonist in Kamen Rider Zi-O.
She is the most laid-back of the Time Jackers and unlike her comrades, prefers to create Kaijin Riders by persuading people to use Another Watches rather than forcing them on them.
She was portrayed by Ayaka Konno.

Ora and the Time Jackers made a first appearance as one of the major allies of the Knights of Gjallarhorn. Ora and the Time Jackers easily ambushed and bested Rustal Elion. After the arrival, she and the Time Jackers made the deal with Gunther Prozen and his minions. However, Swartz and the Time Jackers notified the truth that Leo Conrad and Sally Land had eascaped the KOG HQ. She and the Time Jackers attempted to capture them, but conceded failure.
When Transylvanian Business has joined forces with Tekkadan, she and the Time Jackers had instructed Mikie Okamine in order to capture Futaba Ichinose and Chitose Karasuma with help of Gunther Prozen and his minions. However, their attempts failed again a second time.
After the Bruters were defeated, she and the rest of many villains attended the speech ceremony done by Gunther Prozen. He and the villains can be prepared to kill Yuinshiel Asteria and her heroic followers. So that, they'll be prepared to spread evil throughout the multi-universe. He and the villains were attack by the mysterious black woman named Ranko Kanzaki. She, the Time Jackers, Celestial Sphere, and the Seven Stars tried their bests to defeat her, but only to be backfired. He and the villains can realize the mistakes. So that, they can try again to be trained.
When the meeting of the heroes was done. Ora and her fellow Time Jackers arrive to confront our heroes under the command of Gunther Prozen. Ora and the Time Jackers nearly defeated Arashi and his Wild Liger in the fierce battle. She and the Jackers were about to finish him off. Ora and the Time Jackers were killed in the explosion of their Zoid when Arashi's newly-evolved Beast Liger sliced Chimera Dragon into three through the Zoid Core. Upon her last moments, she warned the heroes that Prozen was to blame. Then, she and the Time Jackers dinsintegrate into nothingness.
