Oopsy Bear is a heroic Care Bear introduced in the 2000s in the Care Bears franchise. He is still silly, the people think he is Do-Your-Best Bear his best friend. In one LOTM episode, he slipped on a wet floor with his shoes on, and bumped into a wall!
