Officer Affable is a character from the Wonka prequel who serves under the Chief of Police, though unlike him is a honest cop working under a corrupt Cartel cop

Act 1[]
Episode 4[]
He is first seen under the Chief and Hadley as they are after the group for destroying the Eww Corporation vending machines with the snacks that Midas used. Unlike them, he is not exactly happy about this and even tries to encourage going for other crimes to exploit as he does agree that they are wrong but is belittled by his boss.
While he does arrest Merlyn and Guzma, he does so only because of their crimes and not to any of Midas's own requests
Episode 5[]
He is brought like the other cops to start undercovering what the heroes are all up to in regards to undercovering Midas's consipiracy and plans as he can't kill him due to Tom Hagen's advice. Affable and Chief of Police are informed of what they will do and shows uncomfortableness to Midas bringing in Yates.
Episode 6[]
Affable is assigned to go have the heroes as the cops have now confirmation that they are going to expose what Midas expected. Affable decides to pretend to go but in reality he decides to guard the prison and is complicit in Malcolm making his arrows, aware that Pablo is going to kill them and that it unsettles him Warden Norton is going to allow this to happen.
Act 2[]
Episode 7[]
He is the solo witness to Luan and Harry's attempts to break Merlyn and Guzma out of prison and turns a blind eye realizing that his superiors need to be taught a lesson in brutality. This gets him a tongue lashing from his superiors and Midas who decide to punish him for the time being for allowing the two criminals to escape.
Episode 9[]
Officer Affable takes part in the school showdown with the heroes and the mexician standoff of the Cartel and acts to control the situation. He also goes to puruse Bender and his friends when they're chasing Midas but Bender also saves the Officer from more Bliss induced people before Bender, Wendy, Stan, Luan and Wile E go to deal with the eagle. He takes his leave, though he doesn't take part in the plan to arrest and build a case on Bender and Slade's groups.
Episode 11[]
Midas annoyed by the lack of efficency of the police decides to have Byron and Officer Affable bring in Yates and The Chief of Police in so he can terminate their contacts with him. Professor Chang has a new cop and a more effecicent one to bring into their operations that Midas had waiting in the wings. Officer Tenpenny who can be more than trusted with this mission. Eladio approves Midas's decision to do this and so does Norton
- Frank Underwood and Officer Affable both show awarness that this guy could be a big problem. Frank found out things about Tenpenny could be tempted to turn on his own allies for money based on what he does know. He decides to have his file preserved so Midas can discover how to deal with him when Midas decides to kill Frank. Officer Affable is also aware of this and he knows how morally flexible Gavin and Tenpenny are and is considering to make a gambit of his own to deal with his own morally corrupt co-workers.
Episode 12[]
Midas gets the cops around to help with this plot of their own to finish his gambit as he decides to set up a fall out guy for his plot as someone has now discovered what he is going to do and he isn't going to let this fly. The Cops question who he has in mind and Midas that he and Putty have set up the perfect patsy to use as who they will set up to take the fall. Affable is uneasy with all this as while the Chief is gone, he feels in a worse place, in the belly of the beast.
As Morgana is about ready to leave for town, this is when Bender, Elfo, Mop Girl, Harrison, Wile E and Dee Dee all arrive to where and this is where Putty, Hadley, Flass, Doug Stamper and Affable are as they decide to arrest Bender and Harrison for withholding evidence handcuffing them by the leg and arm. After hearing Bender and his friends trying to convince them that Midas is the one behind all of this and how he roofied Morgana as well as Doug Stamper killing Morgana. Officer Affable calls for a hospital and his men to turn Bender and Harry loose. Affable tells Wile E to get Bender back to his room or the hopsital as he lets Bender off the hook due to what happened as he believes Bender and Wile E are right and this is clear more with his superior gone.
Luan, Wile E, Stan being joined by Wendy all proceed to go chasing after the tracking device that Bender placed on the car and managed to indeed find in the police area. They run into Officer Affable who decides without any other cops looking to actually help find the vehicle and allows them to assess the junk yard.
Act 3[]
Episode 13[]
He decides to go undercover and act as a leak for the heroes to discover how to bring down Midas and his operations. He is able to discover some of Midas's nefarious schemes and is able to insure Number 2 is able to acquire them for the president until he is caught by Frank Underwood. Though to his suprise, Underwood allows him to keep operating as it becomes obvious to them both, that Midas is a very real problem for the heroes as well as Frank Underwood as he suspects Frank is using whatever knowledge he does have to keep Midas from trying to kill him quick or to keep a upper hand on him.
Episode 15[]
Affable discovers that The other cops have been trying to arrest Bender's friends in M.O.D.A.B which he is baffled this is happening. He also discovers Putty and Midas is considering other plans to and goes to tell Deathstroke.
Episode 16[]
Affable assists Bean, Captain Hero and their friends in releasing G-LO from prison and hands over the files they need to expose Captain Putty which Frank Underwood and his sub-ordinates gave him. Tenpenny does discover that Affable is pretty much who betrayed them and decided he needs to capture and kill him.
Afterwards, he waits for the other cops to leave and then frees G-LO from prison.
Episode 17[]
He and Bender join forces and discover that Midas has been secret fully plotting to use his own customers to further his own businesses/money desires. This is enough for him to decide to take advantage of being the mole and report this to the paper as he is still considered a part of the Cartel. However he is captured by Tenpenny and Captain Putty for betrayal.
He is then brought to Zed and Maynard where they intend to torture him though Tenpenny has other thoughts and he murders Officer Affable with Captain Putty.
