Octoroo is one of Master Xandred's two followers, an elderly cephalopod headed figure with a stuff. Octoroo can often be seen mixing medicine for Master Xandred. Most of his sentences begin with him saying "Ooh ah ooh".

He appears to be very loyal to Darth Vader as he was to Master Xandred and is planning to help him overthrow the Emperor.
