Octavia Meyer (オクタヴィア・メイヤー Okutavia Meiyā) is the younger sister of Emma. She is a witch from the Library who came, together with her older sister, Emma, to Itogami Island to assist Yuuma in freeing her mother, Aya, from the Prison Barrier.
