Nui Harime is the secondary antagonist of Kill La Kill.
She is voiced in the English Dub by Stephanie Sheh.
Nui Harime serves as the Grand Couturier for Ragyo Kiryuin as well as the one responsible for the murder of Isshin Matoi, the father of Ryuko Matoi. After she killed Isshin, she only obtained one side of the Scissor Blade. Her personality is very childish and cheerful, but she is truthfully very sociopathic, and can be frantic, aggressive, and dangerous. She was created by Ragyo and is a Life Fiber fused Human, like her boss and creator.

Ragyo sends Nui to prevent the Knights of the Just from uncovering the Titano Zord, the zord that belongs to the Dino Charge Silver Ranger. Former Freelancer Agent California appears to have a grudge against her and Ragyo for unknown reasons.
