Ninetales is a large Fire type Pokemon. It is the evolved form of Vulpix in which it can only evolve with the use of a Firestone.
Much like Vulpix, it has an Alola form. Its Alola form is a dual Ice/Fairy type. It can only evolve if someone uses an Icestone. an evolutionary stone exclusive in the Alola region, on an Alolan Vulpix.
Ultimate Story[]
Ninetales is one of the Pokemon owned by Fox. Another his Vulpix, its evolutionary predecessor. He used it and Vulpix during his Gym battles, especially against Ash.
