Imprisoned in cyberspace, Mechuckles at a much later time, released him with a materialization beam made by GLaDOS when he caught him wandering around in the internet to find a way to escape into the physical world. Nesbitt permanently trapped in his Robotic Knight form, didn't mind he lost his humanity and accepted his cold steeled body. Robotic Knight had joined The Robotic Empire as it was his dream to lead an army of robots into battle. He first debuted when Broodwing who got finished with torturing John Yamato, asked him to guard the cell of Yamato and Buddy Holly. Buddy Holly at perfect timing, revealed a machine gun in his guitar and shoots at the jailer, knocking down Nesbitt. Buddy brings out a katana another hidden weapon in his playing instrument to cut apart the cell bars, escaping with John Yamato. Nesbitt helping Broodwing had sent the black hole Disney film sentry robots and his duel monsters Cannon Soldier, Pendulum Machine, and Cyber-Tech Alligator to aid the krybots in rerounding the two prisoners and stopped when the resistance had arrived to hold them off, allowing John Yamato and Buddy Holly to escape capture.
During the final hours of the war between The Robotic Empire and Elders of The Realm, The Phobos League, and The Sith Stalker. Broodwing before he got arrested by Doggie Kruger was told by Mechuckles to bring Robotic Knight and his monster Machine King to watch over the armies and make sure the last factory that contains the sentinel robots doesn't get destroyed. Nesbitt had commanded his remaining forces: The Letzte Bataillon, Krybots, Ancient Gear Soldier's, Launcher Spiders, Barrel Dragons, and Shogun Warriors to defend his precious sentinels from being destroyed. After seeing all the minions destroyed, Nesbitt and Machine King fuse to become a giant perfect machine, fighting fiercely to defend the remaining stronghold of The Robotic Empire. The A-Teams armies attempted to stop Perfect Machine King and did as much damage as they could too it as Nesbitt persists in continuing to fight for his master Mechuckles. John Yamato then moves into the fight and uses his shining Gundam's signature move, destroyed Nesbitt in his Perfect Machine King form and the sentinel factory base, ridding the holdouts of the remains of The Robotic Empire. Robotic Knight screams out in his death "Lord Mechuckles, I am very proud to have served your empire and regret nothing of it!" "The machines will live forever, while the flesh bags die. We will still win even in death." Nesbitt arrogantly remarked as he exploded into scrap metal.
