Nemo Baklazan is one of the villains in Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans. He is the head of the Baklazan Family.

Nemo Baklazan first appeared as one of Gunther Prozen's minions. He and the Seven Stars are trying to stop the Time Jackers from murdering Gunther Prozen and his men; but end up being frozen and attacked by them. After the arrival, he and the Seven Stars made the deal with the Time Jackers. So that, he and the rest of the villains would work together to kill Sento Kiryu, Milinda Brantini and the rest of the heroes, However, Nemo Baklazan learns that Leo Conrad and Sally Land had escaped the KOG HQ. He and the Seven Stars are trying their bests to capture them; but, it's already too late.
When Transylvanian Business has joined forces with Tekkadan, he and the villains had instructed Mikie Okamine in order to capture Norimichi Shimada, Futaba Ichinose and Chitose Karasuma with help of Gunther Prozen and his minions. However, their attempts failed again a second time.
After the Bruters were defeated, he and the rest of many villains attended the speech ceremony done by Gunther Prozen. He and the villains can be prepared to kill Yuinshiel Asteria and her heroic followers. So that, they'll be prepared to spread evil throughout the multi-universe. He and the villains were attack by the mysterious black woman named Ranko Kanzaki. He, the Time Jackers, Celestial Sphere, and the Seven Stars tried their bests to defeat her, but only to be backfired. He and the villains can realize the mistakes. So that, they can try again to be trained.
As the pilot of Bio Ptera, he fought Ruuji Familon and his female friends for the first time. Suddenly, Touma and the Kamen Riders turned evil to join the remaining forces of Gjallarhorn led by Prozen in order to achieve their duties. Kagari was having rematch against Ruuji Familon for the final time until he met his demise against Kagari's Sonic Bird's Wild Blast: Sky Slash.
