Neil Kandy is the main antagonist of El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie, the 2019 sequel film to Breaking Bad.
He was the owner of Kandy Welding Co who, along with his colleague Casey, had formerly been associated with drug lord Jack Welker and his White Supremacist gang.
He was portrayed by Scott MacArthur, who also played Scotty Steele in The Righteous Gemstones.

Chapter 3[]
He was hired by N.Tropy and his associates to go after the cops in Alaska due to his association against Jessie Pinkman where he goes after Jake, Amy and Jessie Pinkman and has them on the ropes with his ruthlessness and is eventually chased off by Holt. He was wearing a police uniform to try and get around any suspicious people.
Part 2[]
Having joined N.Tropy and his forces officially, they tell him about the attacks of the cops and Pinkman respectively
The N.Trophies decide to have go to the Castlevaniaverse and have them bring Death around to weaken the universe for him to take control of. Neil brings back Death and assist them in attacking the Castlevaniaverse
He remeets with the cops and takes them on respectively once again. Though Professor Membrane and Jim Hopper this help the cops and ultimately arrest as well as place them in prison respectfully.
Chapter 4[]
Neil dwells in jail over his imprisonment until he is broken out by the Robodroid and is brought back to N.Tropy's services
In turn he joins forces with White Dragon and General Krell to go into the Peacemaker Universe respectfully, though is given another assignment respectively.
Part 2[]
Neil Kandy joins Spot's allies in heading to Flying Rhino Junior High and assists Candide in sabotaging Earl's computer reality warping machines to act and cause multiple simulators that have real attacks
He joins her in trying to kill Principal Scudsworth so she can take control of the clones and school after he wrestled it back from her. Kandy manages to almost kill Scudsworth if not for Fox and Dana's arrival and defend Scudsworth from the two. Noticing Candide's arrest at the agents, he decides to fold them and run off as the 3 of them are more focusing in bringing Sampson in.
Chapter 5[]
Neil arrives in the Big Nate Universe in Maine, and though Chandler wants to get Nate's attention, Neil plays more practical and decides not to get their attention as does Kregg
While a smart play, this still gets them found out and end up being chased by the Resistance as they use Spot's holes to escape, and he ends up fighting the Resistance mainly Trevor as they head over to return to Flying Rhino.
He returns there and attacks the boiler room with the others leading the heroes to go against him, their cronies, N.Tropy's robot henchman and all the heroes who have arrived to go after them
He almost kills the kids but is killed by Jesse, Jake, Amy, Claire and Jim Jones who got him for helping White Dragon killing Holt
