Mrs. Tweedy is the main antagonist of Aardman's Chicken Run.
Mrs. Tweedy is an exceptionally cruel farmer that will stop at nothing to make money by killing the chickens and making them into pies, running a "farm" that is more akin to a death-camp.

Mrs.Tweedy was in contact with Spot and N.Tropy and served as the liason for profit making for the latter's plan and through Spot managed to suceed in getting rid of the chickens respectively. Her operations were discovered by Mulder, Scully, Jake, Amy, Jim and Holt who manage to foil her plans and kill her as well.
