Superhuman strength, speed, durability, reactions, agility and stamina, immunity to toxins and disease, immortality, regeneration, magic, telepathy, telekinesis, soulfuck, energy manipulation (shields, blasts), reality warping, dimensional manipulation, flight, high level poison and toxin manipulation (diseases are capable of reality warping and infecting things that have immunity to conventional disease), can rot souls just with his presence

Silence: A massive double handed (by Primarch standards) warscythe with a blade as large a tall human with a shaft as tall as him. Has deadly cutting power, cutting through titan and super heavy tanks, it's intense cutting power coupled with Mortarion's strength can destroy mountains and cleave entire armies down with a single attack. Due to being a daemon weapon, it can tear out and destroy souls of the target it hits and infects it's target with deadly diseases that rot the opponent's body, mind and soul

The Lantern: An energy blaster that is at least as powerful as other Primarch weapons, capable of downing scout titans

Phosphex Bombs: Toxic grenades that corrode and decay opponents caught in the blast radius

Barbarian Plate: A custom built set of power armor that has elements of his origin world in it's shape. Capable of tanking attacks that destroy mountains and lesser Titans with little damage
