Morpheus D. Duvall is the primary antagonist of the game Resident Evil: Dead Aim.
He is utterly obsessed with beauty and grace, his ultimate ambition being to create beauty and elegance by destroying the cold and ugly world he believes exists today. Being megalomaniacal and highly narcissistic, Morpheus has undergone many surgical procedures to maintain his youthful appearance.

He was once a Dystopia League member until he quit cause of Dr. Weil's personality, Morpheus will get his own armies and show Galvatron and other villains how evil and powerful he is.
Morpheus waits for the opportunity to show himself and begin his many plans. At the current moment he is observing the plans of the Children of Pandora. His extreme danger will come from his high intelligence, knowledge of the future, charisma, his strength and ability to effectively predict his enemies' actions.
When Morpheus travels to the past he meets a robot known as Hal 9000. The two fight and killed Hal 9k's inventor, Dave. Morpheus tells Admiral Daro'Xen his plans for the Multi-Universe and Daro'Xen saw that they both share the same goals and asks to join with him. Hal 9000 agrees and Daro'Xen even gives him additional weapons, soldiers and other resources and then they recruit other villains in the Multi-Universe and form an organization.
It's revealed that Morpheus made his own league called "Phoenix Incorporated".
Morpheus is the newcomer but he and his league will be one of the most dangerous team you all ever seen.
