Morgana Macawber is a powerful — if still in need for some improvement — sorceress of the reputable Macawber Family from Transylvania. When she settled in St. Canard, she tried her hand at the criminal life to acquire the money to pay off her student loans, but she reformed after a few encounters with Darkwing Duck. The two bonded romantically at first sight and this relationship eventually swayed Morgana to do better, going so far as expanding her social circle to include non-monsters and becoming a member of the Justice Ducks. Like any witch, she has familiars, which in her case are a spider named Archie and two bats named Eek and Squeak. Next to her research in the field of magic and presence in the villain-hero scene, Morgana has a foot in the food industry. For a time she ran Macawber Mushrooms Unlimited, a mushroom farm, and later launched her own restaurant that she dubbed The Shadow Chateau.
Double Life Emergence[]
Morgana is a major character here and she ends up being the client Bender is working to help and investigate what is going on. She has her own secrets about what has gone down for her, Though she is intend to keep Bender from finding out of them due to how bad they are as well working to insure the future of her and Darkwing Duck.
Act 1[]
Episode 1[]
Morgana is in China Town trying to set up The Shadow Chateau or as it's known by plenty Malice's Restarauant she is doing with the intent to establish her future she is planning with Darkwing. However something is going down at her restaruant and she learns of Anglesmith and Associates a multiversal private detective who she decides on hiring.
She gets Wile E who manages to record her message and later gets a visit from the Space Bandits on behalf of their employer, she eventually gets a visit from the gang and she reunites with Bender who is Anglesmith. THough she questions what Slade and Anti Cosmo are doing here with Bender having to explain he is on their side. Though the Space Bandits explained what happened, she decides to explain everything to the gang.
Episode 2[]
Morgana explains to Bender, Slade and the others about her plans to open a restaurant and how she will go back to Darkwing afterwards as well as what she has been up to. When she tells Bender and the others about what did go down other than that, This is when Bender, Luan, Wile E, and Harrison figure out that Morgana has gotten herself in the game with the multiverse cartel unknownigly as all of her heroics were against the Cartel. Luan herself admits this could be trouble going foward.
The Space Bandits and Morgana observe what the latter got into as well as discussing their history as former villains with the Space Bandits questioning if they really are doing good at being good. Morgana understands their reasoning and explains that she thought so too. But being in love and getting with Darkwing caused her to realize she can be a truly capable hero and fighting off the Cartel helped, though she wonders why Bender and Slade's crew are a bit on edge dealing with them.
She decides to do some cooking for Bender, Luan, Stan, Wile E and Dee Dee for them to show what she has in mind for cooking. Other than Luan they all quite like her cooking and they decide they need to convince her to try and open up for their first night. Morgana is hesistant at first until investigating with Wendy, Dee Dee, and G-LO makes them realize that Eladio's cartel played a part in sabotaging her first attempt at opening up her business. She considers decides to taking up Bender and his gang's offer to do until Captain Hero is arrested for betraying the Cartel.
Episode 3[]
Morgana decides on opening the restaurant on request though she had to ask Stan about what he saw as did Wendy. She welcomes Bender, Luan, Stan, Wendy and Jessie Wells into her opening night and offers to let Wile E and Dee Dee come in. Though they are good as they're on steakout duty, she says that she'll save something for them as she runs the business with them.
It pleases her that Luan has come around to her food as things are running smoothly until Milton Midas arrives with Glowface and Lorenzo. She is silent and a bit scared of the Eagle which does not escape Bender and Luan as they have their dinner. Morgana tries to control herself in Milton's vincinity until Midas ends up sabotaging the business with Flavor Blasted Beardly Yum Yums which turns her customers into eating machine and intent to go after her, Bender, Luan, Stan, Wendy, Jessie Wells, Wile E and Dee Dee. Morgana uses her magic powers to deal with the eating machines as she helps the others while protecting.
Though she notes just how many people were affected by that and tires out until Wile E and Bender arrive with a plan to help her and ask for water as their ally found out about this due to his investigation. Morgana, Bender and Wile E lead the rest in managing to get the toxins out of her customers's systems. Though she feels she's out of business her first day it turns out she actually made a lot of money due to some customers thinking it was part of the show. Wile E and Jesse offer to help her with her clean up, she offers double for Wile E which he happily accepts. Bender and Luan both having not forgotten her reaction to Milton try to get why she feels that way, Morgana tells Bender to leave it be as she doesn't want him to needle into her business if she didn't even tell Darkwing about it.
She decides on expanding on her business to use the Cartel fighting from the heroes to help boom for the start. Morgana overhears from The Space Bandits and Wile E that Bender had managed to squeeze an appointment to confront Milton Midas. Morgana warns Bender not to cross into the eagle's territory and she knows how dangerous Milton is, Bender says he won't if MOrgana tells him why she is so scared of him. Morgana says Bender can't know as she is uncomfortable and is kept up at night with that thought of what Midas did, Bender says then he's going then though she does note that Bender has insight to investigate Midas secretly.
Episode 4[]
Morgana tries to stop Bender one more time from trying to get in touch with Midas Milton, though Bender and Luci both stop her since she isn't telling them anything. Thorugh Midas it turns she has her own history with Midas that she had soon to her arrival in China Town regarding her business. She also learns that Midas was intentionally trying to sabotage her business when Stan confirms what was going on with the snacks. Morgana also had also decided to work on a opening week plan which she tells Dee Dee and Anti Cosmo.
She decides to destroy the machines with her powers like the others and joins Bender, Luan, Wile E and Stan to do just that while avoiding the police, Morgana is taking some joy in this like Luan due to Milton's own actions. Morgana travels to the reversoir and with the others discover certain actions and Titan certainly adds to the warnings.
Morgana sets the 2nd night for the others, at her restaruant, though considers a potential place where she has also traversed on occasion.
Episode 5[]
Morgana decides to make way to her mushroom farm so she can gather more crops and mushrooms after hearing what Bender, Wile E and Harry had to say through their water reservoir investigation. She feels she has to do it now because of the drought going on and that the crops could die if she doesn't do anything about it. Bender and Anti Cosmo agree to go with her so Luan and Slade can deal with the tracker.
Being joined by Bender, Anti Cosmo, Stan, Wendy, Dee Dee, The Space Bandits and Celes they head up there. Morgana does discover the lingering effect are killing some of her crops and that she will need help with them which Stan, Wendy and Celes are more than happy to provide for her. So Bender, Anti Cosmo, Dee Dee and The Space Bandits can keep on investigating the events as they fold.
Through them she is able to harvest her crops and she is glad to have some more ingredients ready for her next few nights, however this goes wrong when Many farm animals that are rabbid attack them which shocks Morgana and she is upset she will have to put them down though she agrees to keep a few as Anti Cosmo tells her they get them analyzed through a veterrian. Morgana with the others fights off the animals that end up eat some of her crops. She feels that hard work she did was saboatged and she feels Milton Midas is behind this
As the rest of the crew go to the veterrian, Caldera infroms the team that these animals ate tomatoes but not any tomatoes, they were laced with tobacco. Morgana fully confirms her theory Midas contimated tomatoes from her with tobacco plants which the others don't disagree with. That being said they don't have any evidence to link this to him. She does have a feeling that they must check other farms which Bender agrees with considering the water irregulation.
Episode 6[]
Morgana with the others begin to map the farm land out to see how they will go when it comes to investigating the land and decides to go alongside Luan and Dee Dee to Liam's Farm in Royal Woods to see how it' s been affected. She also discovers some clues with Stan And Wendy that it may be possible to turn the tables on Midas as a water comissioner is willing to come clean to them.
Luan, Morgana and Dee Dee arrive at Lincoln's friend Liam's Farm and go looking around, Luan is quick to note that no one is around and this makes her supscious. Morgana does find a note and shows the two as Luan discovers that Liam was evicted off the farm land by the actions from Chinatown as lack of water had caused the land to lose it's value. Dee Dee is a bit skeptical about Luan's thoughts. Luan says that the climate has been different than usual and very atypical for the season and bad for farmers.
The Chief of Police however is arriving with his men intend to arrest the girls, as he is intent to keep them from finding the truth or in the case of Luan trying to get Bender for not backing off against Milton MIdas. Luan and Dee Dee address that he can't arrest kids, Chief of Police says he knows the law here not them and tries anyway. Luan manages to avoid them by pranking them with Dee Dee while making their getaway from them as she slashed the cops's tires. Returning back to base, Luan addresses her allies about what she discovered with the farm land in Royal Woods and how it was rendered unviable by the drought here stating the climate change being why.
She discusses the matters with the gang on what they uncovered before regrouping with Stan and Wendy. The three then try to protest to deal with Midas's operations thank to the water comissioner though this is cut loose when they are forced to stand down after the comissioner. Later she discovers the comissioner was killed and by Midas on top of that upseting her that Midas has still not answered for his crimes and how he will keep doing what he wants.
Act 2[]
Episode 7[]
Morgana takes a part in helping Luan and Harry save Deathstroke's assoicates which she uses her magic to help with this, while helping Celes distract the guards and keep an eye on Captain Hero. Bean does notice why Morgana is acting weird and not doing much and questions her on this later when Morgana decides to tell Bean of why
Episode 8[]
Morgana decides she needs to take care of her business first and foremost and brings in Bean, Elfo and The Space Bandits. She does this in part to what The Bandits told her about the drug that they saw Midas get from Verminous Skumm and then his mysterious dissapearance. Morgana does her business in the restaruant and is able to have another great night though she tells Bean and The Space Bandits the truth, that she is pregnant and will have a baby which she has been for 8 months now. This is why she is trying to get her business off the ground to provide a future for her as it turns out son.
She declines Bean's request to tell Bender and the others, where she will do it herself. When Morgana tells Bender, Luan, Slade, Anti Cosmo and the others about this, she breaks down after Wendy co-grates her for it. Which Bender wants to do know about why she is acting this way, though Mrs. Smoak arriving puts a stop to that for now.
Episode 9[]
Morgana's pregnancy is mentioned and discussed on how it all happened. time period and how this all went down and it occurred in part after she left to start her own business and 8 months ago. Though she doesn't remember the details too well and part of why she hasn't returned is so she can successfully run her business and tell Darkwing of the good news and they can officially settle down.
Bender and Slade's group go to look around for the bliss to destroy it, only to run into teens and kids on Bliss who are out to kill them as Midas has ordered their deaths and even gave them firearms with Pablo and Machine Head leading this. It turns into an all out mexican stand off between the heroes, Midas Pablo and Machine Head, Hector and The Cousins and Big Jack Horner
Slade, AC, Harry, Dee Dee take charge of all this while trying to stop kids and teens from getting their fixes and to kill others for it. Though they are still trying to detox them and hold them now as opposed to causing too much harm to them including Slade and Anti Cosmo themselves. Morgana uses her powers to hold them at bay. Though she is able to survive though as to watch innocents be killed by overdoses.
Episode 10[]
Morgana is watching TV and shows the rest of the team the news, that Her farming business is under attack by some kind of nuclear chemical monster, Slade recongizes this immeditaly and says that Midas got his hand on one of his muscle men Plasmius and is using it as a revenge compartment.
Morgana is deciding to tail with Bender and Anti Cosmo admitting she's not that vengeful but dealing with Midas is just angering her to no end. Morgana hijacks a car and takes to for the heroes to arrive back at her farm where Celes inform Morgana of the origins of the monster alongside Anti Cosmo and Bender who also know about Plasmius due to their time with Slade. Bean, Elfo and Luci are curious if they have a way to deal with it. Anti Cosmo does remember Slade did initially wake him up and that turned a human into Plasmius. Morgana believes this as does Stan as they know heroes. Bender hold a sonic cannon in his hand and that he is going to attack Plasmius as soon as arrive which comes from the Teen Titans who Slade opposed. Wendy doesn't think a super hero fit will do the trick so Morgana just uses her magic to go into the phone destroyer costumes
Bender, Anti Cosmo, Stan and Morgana's team all arrive at Morgana's farm and they do indeed find Plasmius and how Midas brought chemical waste to her Morgana's farm which breaks her and Midas shows up asking how she likes his makeover to her farm. Morgana threatens to turn him in mush and she is taunted that she shouldn't stress by Midas as it's bad for the kid. Bender, Anti Cosmo, Stan and the others notice these words. Elfo, Luci and Morgana though decide to go sneak off to discover how Midas is doing this and to find something being sent into the sky by Midas's formula.
Elfo, Luci and Morgana discover that what Midas and his cronies have been up to is that they are creating an acid rain storm thanks to two sources one with Midas's tech and another location that the Iron Masked Marruader and Ardos are working on and Morgana knows exactly what Midas is doing with this for one. Midas arrives ready to break the masquerade and Morgana has to have Elfo and Luci step in front of her holding daggers against him due to her fear of him.
-The heroes, manage to escape though Celes, Stan and Wendy were at least able to save Morgana's crops though that doesn't do much for her. Bender and Anti Cosmo both try to get more out of Morgana about her lack of action and how Midas knows about this. Morgana says it is none of their business and to stop pushing her. Bean tells off the two for constantly forcing this.
Morgana vomits in part to stress with Bean, Elfo, Luci and Celes all holding her ears as she does. Bean apologizes for Bender and Anti Cosmo's comments and that she can help her get her business back after this with her family. Morgana says that with Bender it feels like he is too into his P.I occupation.
All The heroes all return to each other from their treks and inform each other of what happened on their own ends as well as to what expect. The Heroes now know that they must make their own decisions now when it comes to The Farm lands, Questioning Tom Hagen and the slurry work Dee Dee under covered
Episode 11[]
Bean decides to take Morgana back to her kingdom to help bring everything back for her. Elfo and Luci go along with this as well as it could be kept out of the Cartel's reach, Though Luci does recall Anton could be a problem. Elfo and Bean Brush him off though.
Thanks to Bean's friends, Bean, Elfo, Luci and Morgana arrived in Dreamland and gets her father's approval with this decision and plan as Bean shows Morgana how to do it with Elfo. The three then go around town deciding to use the kingdom and it's resources to help rebuild for the next night with Bean deciding to ask on why she hasn't gotten back to Darkwing if Bender is to be believed about that.
Bean, Elfo and Morgana are able to acquire everything the latter needs to restart, part of the fortune and more supplies and Morgana thanks Bean for helping her out with this endeavor. She's glad they were at least able to do something. Bean is told by Luci that they need to go back to town and that Elfo and him will stay with King Zog. Morgana and Bean then decide to sail back with Oona and Mora.
Bean and Morgana return back to the heroes and inform them what the fruits of their labor have done for them. Bean and Captain Hero both approach Morgana about what they decided to mention and discover the baby in her is an eagle. Captain Hero and Bean ask Morgana did she cheat on Darkwing Duck. Morgana said she didn't and that she wasn't even aware of it until a few months. She calls out Hero for using his laser vision to spy on her, Hero says that Morgana has been lying to Bender and she needs to learn he can't keep things from him as Bender willingly came down to help Morgana. Bean counters that it's her choice to tell him.
Episode 12[]
Bean and Captain Hero hear that Luan and Stan have found the water auctioneer that they all went to get some water. The two then share with Morgana what they did. Bean decides to ask Morgana about the eagle in the room. Morgana says that it happened a long time ago just shortly after she arrived and she was native and used by Midas who took advantage of her to try and start business with her. Though she was willing to get the help, Morgana turned it down because of a cop warned her that he was bad news and she turned him down. She found out somehow that she woke up somewhere differently making her suspect Midas had his goons knock her out for refusing him.
Bean and Captain Hero tell Bender and Wile E that Morgana has something to tell them. Morgana tells Bender and Wile E the truth about her pregnancy in that Milton Midas actually drugged her and had his way with her after she refused to help in his business for his own needs. She felt embarrassed about this, and decided she had no idea how to tell Darkwing Duck this and she left to start her own business and wanted to keep this to herself until Midas's return put on her defenses. Bender, Bean, Wile E and Captain Hero all process this and Bender tells Morgana she needs to leave town and go back to St.Carnard to tell Darkwing and handle from it there. Bean hands Morgana the needs to leave, as Morgana asks Bender what he will do, Bender decides he is going to bring down Midas for what he has heard and he turns down Bean and Captain Hero's offer to help him but allows WIle E to assist him with this
Luan is told Morgana is closing up for the time being and leaving back to her boyfriend with this unknown child in bandages.
As Morgana is about ready to leave for town, this is when Bender, Elfo, Mop Girl, Harrison, Wile E and Dee Dee all arrive to where and this is where Putty, Hadley, Flass, Doug Stamper and Affable are as they decide to arrest Bender and Harrison for withholding evidence handcuffing them by the leg and arm. Despite that Bender, Wile E, Elfo and Mop Girl try to convince the police that Midas is who they are after with this. Midas approaches Morgana and says that did she really think she was going to leave without him knowing about his child and that she is Midas's as well and that she needs to be reasonable and pointing how disturbed she is when Morgana tells him to get away and forgoes magic to draw a pistol on him. Elfo tries to convince her to let the police handle which gets a sting eye from the other 5 as they all know who as Morgana puts it "Midas owns the police". Morgana then shoots Midas and drives off and this is when the police decide to fire at her with Hadley and Flass taking shots at the car and missing thanks to Bender and Harry restraining them down after Wile E gets their legs uncuffed. Stamper just rolls his eyes and decides to just shoot Morgana to deny Midas a victory which he does and through the eye. The Car stops and honks and Dee Dee, Elfo and Mop Girl check with the former screaming in terror as Morgana's body just drops. Bender, Harry and Wile E catch up and Officer Affable calls for a hospital and his men to turn Bender and Harry loose as Midas mocking shows horror and just grabs the girl. Bender tries to go after Midas for this as his torment led to this with WIle E and Mop Girl holding him back as Midas gloats that thanks to Putty, that there are still the other kids he lives with that he can pop off if he needs to keep Bender in line. Affable tells Wile E to get Bender back to his room or the hospital as he lets Bender off the hook due to what happened. It turns her child was still delivered and a still born which horrifies Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Luan and Harry as it was mutated and disfigured.
