Moon Warrior known as the White Riding Hood is a super form for Romeo Conbolt. When the time he use this form, he can increase other abilities to fight other strongest villains. Which Romeo keeps it a secret. His cloak is made by Athena and The Mystic Apostles and was given to Romeo himself. When he puts this hood on he keeps his identity hidden through most of the conflict. Sometimes he ask one of his allies to promise not to tell everyone.

The Phantom's Apprentice[]
The cloak was hanged before Moon Warrior was born.
At the cave's entrance, Romeo warns his friends not to touch anything that causes danger. Inside the cave, they split up in search for any thing so powerful. Just as Romeo obtains the cloak, he wrapped himself in it, causing him to transform into Moon Warrior and unleashes his new powers.
Nightosphere's Most Wanted[]
Romeo worn it's cloak while he and Lizbeth is on thier way are on their way to Paradise Lost Kingdom. Before he walks through the gate, Romeo begs her not to tell everyone about the cloak he was wearing.
The maid was in the garden, watering the lawn out of sight. He spotted Romeo in a cape. He listened to his singing and and spotted him. Now he has been spotted too, prompting Romeo to chase him through the palace. The maid turned out to be a boy, named Chihiro. Romeo didn't realize how it happend. He decides to welcome Chihiro into his syndicate.
Romeo now gets to share a cloak with Chihiro. Just as Elim Garak calls for Romeo, He ask Chihiro promise not to let anyone see him wearing a magic cloak.
Trouble London[]
Romeo once again wears the cloak and still keeps a secret. Romeo might worry that someone can steal the cloak. So Romeo decides to take it with him.
