Missy Kix and her crew appear as secondary antagonists to BlackGarurumon and Mister Sinister. She is first seen as a meeting with GBF and his squad where they make their first move after capturing BlackMetalGreymon. They head to the Forest and sic Elza on Strange upon an encounter.
She and the squad get into an alliance with Jesse who is the head of a vampire cult. Missy Kix with Evil Carl and Bonmucho inform they found a location of the Apples of Eden, Jesse sends her off to steal it with the others. The Squad finds an apple of Eden which they have Vendetta, Evil Carl and King Worm retrieve the Apple of Eden and as a result get their bodies switched which Missy Kix finds funny.
They make another attempt at Apple of Eden felt when Slade, Anti Cosmo, Bender, Skipper, Death, Makoto, Jesu Otaku, Isabella, Jaeris and Zhuge find them and attack on them. Jesse though arrives to save them and sics Hakon, The Valentine bros and Jerry on them. Missy Kix informs GBF and Jesse of their power growing as a result of their combined power. Russell, Herbert, Vendetta, Missy, Evil PB, Erica, GBF and GBF Jr. wait for Jesse to come back who had his grace and they enact Jesse’s spell. She is present with Jesse and Russell as they spy on the Children of BlackGarurumon to see what he's up to. The alliance makes their attack on the Bodyguard Unit and the Omega League who make their way to them, Samson and Cruger get help from Chun-Li, Sam and Max, and Multi-Universal Resistance members to take them down which they succeed in doing so. Missy Kix is betrayed by GBF Jr. and their true new allies.
