Dr. Menoa Bellucci is the main antagonist from Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna.
She is voiced by Mayu Matsuoka in the Japanese version, and by Erika Harlacher in the English Dub.
Menoa is a researcher from the United States who was once a DigiDestined. She appeared kind at first, but turns out to be cruel despite her goals. She lived in Colorado and was a child prodigy, so people looked at her badly, leaving her lonely. She met her partner, Morphomon, at age 9. She took Morphomon everywhere with her, and gave it a butterfly hair clip. Once she broke the news of her acceptance to university to it, Menoa realized it was disappearing, and left only the butterfly hair clip.
Due to this, Menoa studied Digimon for years, trying, but failed, to bring Morphomon back. She was responsible for creating Eosmon, who could transform human consciousness into data, which she used to create her "Neverland". This was created from memories of DigiDestined, where they were imprisoned in their youthful appearences and could remain with their partners forever. Menoa says she did this so that no one else would suffer the same loss she did.
It turns out Menoa want closure and forgivness from Morphomon. After Tai and Matt rescue her, she sees a brief image of Morphomon, telling her that they'll always be together. After Eosmon was destroyed, Menoa is arrested and seeking therapy.
