When he managed to escape the Autobots, Meltdown was found by Trevlayn when Trevlayn offered Meltdown an opportunity for science and Meltdown accepted. Meltdown then followed Trevalyn to Vilgax's base ready for an allegiance with him.
Meltdown attacks the P Team alongside Princess Morbucks, The Red Guy and Hopper. He takes charge of their ship and has a fight with Flapjack and Samus but he fails. Of Course he escapes with the others. It's revealed that he murdered Sari Sumdac's dad and placed her in Area 51, where Porky and Darth Helmet join to acquire her
