Mecha Sally is Sally Acorn leader of the Freedom fighters robotized and forced to serve under Iron Queen. She makes her first appearance by ordering a training test of their own with Hugo Brass on The V Team girls which Edd ends up taking against them he is successful stopping them. Mecha Sally spends much of her time aiding Iron Queen and then she aids Hiroshi in encountering Some of B Team, Bender thrashed Mecha Sally in a 3 way fight when she tries to fight him.
When the heroes finally meet the Iron Queen will they be able to turn Sally back to normal or is she doomed to be a robot forever? Well, the results are going to happen as now Eddy and The V Team are going to confront her. Mecha Sally reveals something no one really knew and that The Joker is Bender's father and creator. She reveals further that MOM and The Joker tried to take over the Multi-Universe with a big robot army and made Bender their masterpiece and lied to him saying he was defective. When the robot rebelled, Joker decided to out him thus murder his own son. She tells the girls this to make sure they can never tell Bender the truth or Eddy for that matter. Mecha Sally nearly kills the girls but she is foiled, now she is taken back to place so Eddy, Bender and the rest can de-robotize her
