Master Chief (Real Name John -117) is a SPARTAN-II commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command. He became one of the most important heroes of the UNSC during the Human-Covenant War . With nearly 30 years of active duty, he is one of the most decorated war veterans in the United Nations Space Command and has earned every know medal in the UNSC except the Prisoner of War Medallion.
In the B Team/P Team storyline he was once Samus Aran's boyfriend but they broke because their relationship got in the way of their work in the past. They got back together, though.

When he learned of 343 Guilty Spark's return he was told by his superior to find the highly known B Team and join up with the team. He followed former children of Megatron member Profion to their ship and met them and after some talk he was allowed entry into the Team. He also has brought Cortana with him she can give information to Bender and his friends about area's control by the Iron Queen and the best way to take those area's.
Master Chief introduces his friends and allies to Cortana who seems to know where the crew has to go to find the 3rd pure Heart and alongside some of the team he goes to find out what she was talking about. Apparently it's revealed that despite him being new to the team, Bender wants MC to mercy kill him when he makes himself mortal and gives up hope or if anything happens to make his life go unrepairingly wrong. The reason why he wants it to be the Chief is because if anyone can make sure Bender's life ends it's the Multi-Universe's greatest Super Soldier.
Master Chief joins the team in their racing plans although he knows nothing of kart racing. Master Chief then helps the others delay Red Skull and their men with Lizbeth`s help as they also watch Big Boss deal with Red Skull and then gives Cortana to Lizbeth to help her land the ship. He with the others drop the nukes by disabling them on Lizbeth`s authority. Master Chief then helps Bender and co with what Bender calls "multi-layered plans." something his group does. Master Chief like the others learns about the Krabby Patties and wonders why Brain hits Pinky all the time. Out of Nowhere Master Chief saves the girls from Mecha Sally and then makes sure Lizbeth stops Sally as he tells her that Big Boss would be proud if she did. Master Chief finds the last heart in Sally and deducts the obvious.
Master Chief knows exactly who he wants to deal with. Master Chief then kills 343 Guilty Spark and manages to make it to Big Boss after Big Boss and the Alpha Team defeats the Patriots. Master Chief then does more good by alerting Asami of her father's escape and then saving Obi-Wan and Ahsoka by dueling Count Dooku and winning. After Totally Mobian Spies Master Chief met his old girl friend Samus Aran and they decide to try again and they will make sure their love won't get in the way of their work.
Before leaving back for home Bender made Master Chief the Master in charge of the team in his and the other M.O.D.A.B's members absent.
The Multi-Universal War of Destiny[]
Master Chief returns to assist his friends against their old enemy Discord and their new enemy Sigma. He will also reunite and team up with The Arbiter and face his own enemy in the Gravemind. Master Chief communicates with Bender about Discord. He knows about him since he helped Bender with his attack. Master Chief returns with the Arbiter and has placed in their team. Master Chief while meeting Carmelita Fox he is unsure of trusting 343 Guilty Spark, but realizes he may need all the help he can get. Master Chief then like the others joins in on laying comments on Discord only to be shocked when Discord reveals MC's real name. He also helps in acquiring the first ring. He then attacks Mandarin with Jack Sparrow and Jake Miller to save his pals. Master Chief, after that, alongside the Arbiter keeps an eye on the Nerd. Master Chief then contacts Celestia with his friends about what happened. Master Chief helps his friends find the girls and went Celestia approaches him, he is the first to question what will transpire with the other 3 groups.

Chapter 1[]
Agent Bishop tells Deathstroke, Ford, Nolan, Mr.X, Bruce and Larke that more people came to visit and it's Betty, Master Chief and The Aribter. Deathstroke states that he actually hired them out in regards to this whole thing to help out and they know space so they will take a spaceship and head out to go against the invaders.
Master Chief and Arbiter were observing things from Space and Betty was busy taking on Maximus as a result. Betty thinks it's odd that Maximus is working with alien invaders instead of the Nightopshere ruler wondering if he betrayed Hunson Abadeer or not
Deathstroke doesn't rule out the possiblity though he does advice that with them in space at the moment, they can at least keep Maximus and other aliens off them. Arbiter and Master Chief give Deathstroke the info they found and that Martians attacked earlier as well but not the one that his agents encountered but they were under another Martian General.
Ford and Nolan ask Master Chief about the Virutmites, but Master Chief doesn't know much apart from Thragg who attacked them both and managed to destory his ability to contact his supreriors. Arbiter compares to him to Truth who Ford wonders who he is and learns of the Covenant. Nolan suspects the Covenant might be colluding with The Smoking Man
Betty, Master Chief and Arbiter don't deny this theory but they feel it will be necessary to scope if possible.
Mr. X, Agent Bishop, Master Chief, Betty and The Arbiter then head off to get their space ship ready for the upcoming battle,
Agent Bishop, Mr.X, Betty, Master Chief and Arbiter get The Bad Guys, Deathstroke, Ford, Nolan, Bruce and Larke and tell them that the ship is ready and that are ready for take off. Deathstroke and Nolan decide to take a lead as a result to head off to space and Master Chief, Betty and The Arbiter take the front seats
Chapter 2[]
As Master Chief, Arbiter, Betty and the Bad Guys minus Mr.Wolf are flying the ship as they are debating Maximus IQ and his involvement as well as other aliens. Master Chief and Arbiter are actually acting on Nolan's plan to get fellow Virtumites to help him against Thraqq even though Betty, Mr.Snake and Mr.Pirhana are all thinking back on what has gone down
Betty informs the two that she has managed to trace something back from M.A.L.I.C.E and how the cracks have managed to show as she has traced unusalities around the mutliverse.
Master Chief and The Arbiter see Virtum ahead and infrom the crew that they are landing which Nolan decides to get take the lead and that he will communicate with the Virtumites. As everyone gets off their shop. Nolan takes the lead with Ford and Deathstroke right behind them and the crew apart from The Bad Guys, Bruce, Larke and Betty are all on their way to do.
Mr.Wolf and The Bad Guys decide to head to Virtum with Master Chief and Arbiter so they can find more about Thragg and find a way to stop him.
Master Chief, Arbiter, The Bad Guys and Mr.X all head off to Virtum as they are unaware of what lies ahead with Maximus and his men waiting for an attack. Mr. X leads the way to make sure the crew isn't ambushed, he is thankful Deathstroke allowed to make and use tech for his alien work.
Mr.X and The Bad Guys manage to knock out some guards and disguise themselves as Vritumites so they can get into a base. Master Chief and Arbiter both do their own look around as the base belongs to Thragg and Arbiter questions if it's possible if they can take on Thragg though Master Chief states that at least Nolan and Ford are here to help deal with him this time. Master Chief and Arbiter do see some alien life , but more cat alien life. Arbiter and Master Chief equip their weapons ready to engage as they come to a realization that Maximus IQ is on their tail and decide to follow Mr.X and The Bad Guys to keep an eye on Maximus insitgating an attack.
Maximus manages to kidnap the Bad Guys Mr. Shark, Mr.Snake and Mr.Pirhana with his cat aliens and have brought up to this ship.
Webs does manage to make a quick escape and sees Master Chief and Arbiter and tells them what happened and the three find Maximus and puruse him.
Mr.X and Mr.Wolf manage to catch up to Master Chief,Arbiter and Webs who are purusing Maximus yet again. The 5 of them are smart enough to puruse Maximus, who again sends his men after him. Master Chief and Arbiter easily mow through his men as Mr.X manages to catch up and captures Maximus easy. Mr.X, Wolf and Webs interrgorate the cat on where the other bad guys are. Maximus refuses to answer, though Mr.X, Master Chief And Arbiter all decide to force a talk and keep him hostage.
Ford, Nolan, Bruce, Kamela, Larke, Deathstroke, Agent Bishop, Betty and Crpto arrive with the ship with the Virutmites all at war, those following Nolan and others following Thragg. So they can prepare a new plan to resuce Mr.Snake, Mr.Pirhana and Mr.Shark
Thragg's plan works pefectly and he has the Almightly Tallest , his fellow Virumties and other aliens contacted by CSM and Homelander to attack them. Master Chief and Agent Bishop make an connection that Dregg is on the alert as well and he has arrived with other reinforcments causing a drastic attack.
Everyone goes after Dregg, The Almightly Tallest and the Virtumites.
Despite the resisance of them all, they are still one ship against a fleet and it looks to be the end until another ship manages to arrive and stop the forces from destroying the ship and magnets the crew up
Master Chief, Arbiter, Kamela, Cypto and Agent Bishop are busy learning about Rocket Raccoon and The Renasisance.
Chapter 3[]
Ford calls in Master Chief, Arbiter, Cyrpto, Rocket Raccoon, Agent X and Kamela, he gives them all a mission. Ford implores them to go after another potential alien group, that he has been checking up from his bed
Master Chief, Arbiter, Cyprto, Rocket Raccoon all load their weapons and Kamela gets ready. Master Chief asks about the target,
Ford states that this is about the Space Pirates and that he suspects that whatever alien life they encounter, they could be in an connection with it.
Arbiter and Master Chief look at Ford's look and The Two recongize how they look like it's from The Metroid universe
Master Chief, Arbiter, Rocket Raccoon, Crypto and Mr.X are all traveling to get closer to their onoging destination. Mr.X overlooks things and states they are closing in and it looks like alien pirates and it's being led by The Omega Pirate
Master Chief questions about Ridley?, he thought he'd be there. Mr. X looks into the data and states Ridley is gone by the looks of it and that the commanders seem to be non exixtent and states Samus must have just killed all of them
Arbiter and Master Chief state it's the remanants of The Space Priates, just desparate to get any power back.
The Ship is invaded by Space Pirates and Master Chief, Arbiter and Cypto all get their weapons and being facing off with pirates while taking them all to insure Mr.X to be able to take them to the base.
Master Chief, The Arbiter, Mr.X, Kamela Khan, Cypto and Rocket Raccoon all managed to keep the ships off them. Mr.X however does prompt them that they may have to take the base for themselves or damage it.
Kamela decides to take an immediate action and goes headfirst in into the base. Mr.X decides to let this go and gets the rest to hear him out.
They learn from Transfer Getaways from Mr.X which he reveals to the crew respectfully. He tells Master Chief and Arbiter to help out with Kamela in dealing with them. Rocket, Cypto and himself will keep stalling them so no one can deal with Master Chief, Arbiter and Kamela .
Master Chief and The Abiter agree and catch up with Kamela . The former two tell Kamela about Transfer Getaways and that they must get rid of them before they overwhelm them
Kamela , Master Chief and Arbiter all get themselves ready and arm themselves ready.
The Guards come at them which Master Chief and Arbiter simply take down as Kamela decides to be the person who takes out the Transfer Getaways
More Space Pirates emerge trying to take shots at them and some use missles as well. Arbiter and Master Chief just do what they always do while Kamela avoids the shots and finds one of the Getaways and destroys it
Master Chief destroys a computer on the side wall to proceed on and move to the three's next target. Going across ledges and destoying search robots leading the to the next target being destroyed.
Arbiter destroys the turret and gets a sniper blaster and destroys the machiene that is creating bareels. He destroys another one to get more ammo.
The three go to the upper level of the floor and Master Chief uses a gatling blaster and uses it on the robots guarding the Transfer Device, He also tosses a Grenade for safe measure to destroy it.
Space Pirates and Turrets are stationed on both sides of the floor they enter next and Arbiter uses a homing launcher to avoid going to up close. The last turnet is right next to the elevator and pirates are all around it. Kamela takes some of MC's Grenades and throws them to proceed onwards.
Master Cheif and Arbiter use their gatling guns to stop more Space Pirates so Kamela can deactivate and destory the last one.
Kamela manages to Destroy the last Transmitter device, though this is when The Omega Pirate shows up
Kamela, Master Chief and The Arbiter all engage 3 on 1 on the Omega Pirate, though it's a hard fight between the three and the Pirate. They are eventually successful against it and hightail out it out when hearing something bad. Mr.X, Crpyto and Rocket are unexpectingly are dealing with The Martians are attacking once more and the same ones that Lincoln, Lydia, Mulder, Scully, Saul and Mike saw before. THe three hightail it and head to help out
Betty, Larke, Bruce, Agent Bishop, The Bad Guys, Mr.X, Master Chief, Arbiter, Cypto, Rocket and Kamela all return back from their expoditions to see the three who arrive with their new ship
Chapter 4[]
Upon Learning RJ is the pilot of their new ship, Betty, Master Chief and Arbiter note how good it to see another familar face in this case.
Arbiter and Master Chief manage to get a hack into the main frame and learn of the head crabs, The Sales Guy has sent to the ice cold mountains. Arbiter and Master Chief find out about The NME Salesman and his many deals with monsters.
The Almighty Tallest then attack the ship again and Arbiter goes outisde with Master Chief and provide cover for Agent Bishop, Betty, Cypto, Rocket, and RJ to deal with The Irken Invaders.
As the 4 inform the crew of their plan, this sets Master Chief, Arbiter and Betty in realziing they are heading to the planet of the wife of the B Team's leader who unknown to them is Deathstroke's P.I working on the same case.
Master Chief and Arbiter both inquire about Blackfire ruling over them and that Bruce Wayne's death was a part of a distraction to get Starfire off the throne to be there for her team so Blackfire can take over it. As her father figure tells them.
Master Chief hands Betty a way to contact the others, BUt Blackfire cuts this off and decides with Thragg to just kill them again.
Master Chief and Arbiter hold off Maximus and Dregg's men to ensure the others are not fatiqued from dealing with the Conspiracy's Men.
Chapter 5[]
Master Chief heads with Rocket to recruit The Ravengers and he and Arbiter notice something quicker than The President and get his approval to look for it. This is when they see Lord Dregg and his men attempting an attack. Master Chief with Arbiter go after Dregg's men as Dregg left the ship before Master Chief could find him. They report their findings to him as they follow the rest of his men and manage to get to the ship after helping Mr.X and Bishop to investigate the capsule sent by The NME Sales Guy.
Chapter 6[]
Master Chief joins Agent Bishop's team to help Mulder and Scully deal with the Headcrabs. With their help, they manage to succeed, though they needed to with excess forces
He regroups with his crew and they prepare to take on Thragg and his invasion.
Finale[]
Deathstroke sends him, Betty and Master Chief after General Z9. The three of them fight the martians and get to Z9 and take him on as well, they also learn he has some of the brutes as well from the Coven
Master Chief, Arbiter and Betty bring Z9 down and decide to bring him to custody as Betty wants him alive. Arbiter and Master Chief get the others out of Russia and back to Deathstroke before taking their leave back to space.
