Nijigaoka Mashiro (虹ヶ丘ましろ?) is one of the two main Cures in Hirogaru Sky! Pretty Cure.
Mashiro transforms into the Pretty Cure of Light, Cure Prism (キュアプリズム?).

- Mashiro's birthday is on July 16th, making her Zodiac sign Cancer. Her birthday falls on Rainbow Day.
- Mashiro's Blood Type is AB.
- Mashiro loves gardening.
- Mashiro shares her voice actress with Rabirin, one of the mascots from Healin' Good♥Pretty Cure.
- Mashiro is the first white Cure from the main series who is able to transform by herself.
- Previous white Cures, who are Cure White, Cure Egret / Cure Windy and Cure Rhythm, all have to transform inseparably with their partners.
- Due to her grandmother being from Sky Land, Mashiro is essentially part Sky Landian.
- Mashiro's character actually having magical blood seems to have taken inspiration from the plot point that was never used for Asahina Mirai / Cure Miracle from Mahou Tsukai Pretty Cure!.
- Mashiro moved into Yoyo's house a year prior to the season.
