Martin Madrazo is a character from the Grand Theft Auto Universe.
Madrazo is a powerful and wealthy businessman and the leader of his own Mexican-American drug Cartel. He forcefully hires Michael De Santa following an incident that cost him millions of dollars.

Madrazo was the Second-in-Command of Father in his Alliance next to Dr. Pierre Danois.
However, Madrazo had different views, which lead to Father sending assassins to attempt a hit against his wife, Patricia Madrazo. Madrazo and his family were extracted by the Sentinel Task Force before he could be eliminated by Nightmare Rarity and her Viking Alliance.
War of The Streams[]
Martin returns to assist Slade's crew in his war with Frank Underwood and the Cartel who is out to expose and destroy Slade's Empire for power.
Alongside Varrick, he serves as a backer for Nacho and his allies respectively and also assist Bean and her B Team allies as well due to Underwood's actions going after Bender as well.
He manages to help expose Frank Underwood's real legacy and his cabinet, but he is killed by Underwood and his allies before it can be leaked out. Martin Madrazo though manages to pass the info down to Slade's allies before Underwood can recover it.
