Marika Kato (加藤 茉莉香, Katō Marika) is the main protagonist of the Miniskirt Pirates/Mouretsu Piratesseries and the current captain of the pirate ship Bentenmaru.
Description[]
Marika is cheerful, optimistic and charismatic. She can be naïve and a little clumsy at times, and can come across as a bit of an airhead, however behind this lies a cunning, intelligent and slightly devious persona. She is quite capable of taking into account every option open to her and whatever tools she has available, and utilizing them to great effect, in order to achieve her goals.
As a captain, Marika values the safety of her crew and ship above all else, however she is willing to take considerable risks if doing so would be beneficial to them in the long run. She is a hard worker and frequently pushes herself to exhaustion, but she does ask for help when it is necessary. Partly as a result of this, she often oversleeps and is quite difficult to wake up.

Marika Kato debutted as the leader of the people of Mars. Later, she founded Tekkadan to help Milinda Brantinni and her friends in a raging war against the soldiers of Gjallarhorn.
After the deaths of Kain and Thornheart, she and the heroes continued to live a life with his friends in Mars. Suddenly, he and the people were visited by the Symphogear heroines and their friends for the first time. During the meeting, he and the gang decided to discuss about the future deaths of Rustal Elion and the rest of Lord Prozen's minions as well.
After the meeting was finished, she and the heroes left their homeplanet Mars, thus leaving their families and their homes behind. While continuing to escort Futaba Ichinose and Chitose Karasuma, she and her friends were confronted by the people of the Knights of Gjallarhorn. Suddenly, she and the heroes decided to trick them by sending Flint Lockwood and Steve the Monkey to Knights of Gjallarhorn. While continuing their journey, she and the heroes were attacked and fought by Transylvanian Business led by Wataru Kurenai. After the fight was finished, she and the rest of our heroes convinced them to realize the errors; so that, she and the heroes must work together to reconcile peace between humans and countless species.
After the defeat of the Bruters and the death of Yan Baihu, she and her friends continued their journey to earth. She and and the rest of many heroes spend time in order for themselves to be relaxed. However, she and the others were shocked that Yugo Ogami and Alice Tsukagami were kidnapped by Gjallarhorn after Leo Conrad and Sally Land were recruited. She and the heroes must have a meeting with Dr. Dan and his companions. When the meeting was done, she and the heroes continued their journey. Suddenly, she and the heroes confronted by the combined forces of Yuinshiel Asteria and Vladilena Milizé, including the Sword of Logos Kamen Riders. Following the defeats of Julieta Juris and the Time Jackers, she and the others had mourned the deaths of Leo Conrad and Sally Land. Marika and the others continued their journey.
