Major Chip Hazard (voiced by Tommy Lee Jones) is the main antagonist of Small Soldiers.
Chip is the platform leader of the Commando Elite.
He is the ideal combat commander: Aggressive, logical and brutal. Chip leads by example, and his troops would follow him anywhere.
Obsessed with victory and glory, Chip lives to battle his arch-enemy Archer and the other Gorgonites.
Heralds of Lucemon[]
During the time of President Snow's death, he and the Commando Elite friends are resurrected with the help of Sir Isaac Ray Peram Westcott and Lucemon. Chip himself and his men are going to kill Dianna Soreil, Kamen Rider Kabuto, and the Ten Legendary Warriors-United Heroes. He will have destruction in the Multi-Universe for good.
