Madame Odius is the secondary villain of Power Rangers Ninja Steel and the main antagonist of Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel.
She is voiced by Jacque Drew.
Madame Odius is the advisor of Galvanax. She is very knowledgeable of the Ninja Nexus Prism and the Ninja Power Stars. Her expertise and strategies have proven more beneficial to Galvanax, making Ripcon, very suspicious of her. She's very sly and deceitful.

She does have a hidden agenda, however. She kidnaps Aiden Romero, who goes by his stage name Levi Weston at that time, after he acquires the Gold Ninja Power Star. Odius has Aiden strapped to a memory transfer device and has his childhood memories placed into a robotic imposter, with the high possibility that Odius put false memories into the real individual.
She then finally turns on Galvanax in his final bout with the Rangers after the return of Ninja Master Dane Romero. As a result of her actions, Galvanax was destroyed by the Rangers, the Warrior Dome is heavily damaged. Madame Odius, however, survives the impact, with the intergalactic bounty hunter Sledge (the big bad of the Dino Charge Rangers) and Wrench soon boarding the ship, alongside three outlaws, which includes Badonna, who became one of Odius' generals.
Her personality and her goals of usurping Galvanax is similar to fellow villain Vrak from Power Rangers Megaforce (in which both Megaforce and Ninja Steel are anniversary series.). Unlike Vrak, however, Odius actually had the nerve to attempt to destroy Galvanax.
