Luv is the secondary antagonist of the 2017 Academy Award winning neo-noir science fiction film Blade Runner 2049, the second installment of the Blade Runner franchise after the original cult classic movie Blade Runner.
She was the personal assistant and bodyguard of the CEO of Wallace Corporation, Niander Wallace. She and her boss were on a quest to find the only replicant biologically born – the child of former Blade Runner, Rick Deckard, and deceased replicant and former assistant of Eldon Tyrell, CEO of the extinct Tyrell Corporation, Rachael.
She was portrayed by Sylvia Hoeks, who also portrayed Camilla Salander in The Girl in the Spider's Web.

Chapter 2[]
Luv was revealed to be one of the Villains that had a hand in capturing Marcy Wu led by NOS-4A2 who brought Grodd, Protmethus , Ushari and Abra Kadabra with him
Chapter 3[]
Luv joins Morag in her plan to take revenge on Lincolin and she particpates in the Jin and Filmore murders and taunts them and Lydia later on about their helpness to protect a little boy. She nearly kills Lydia who herself took out her rage on Morag for the action. She has Ace and Big BIlly help with the job though this is foiled by Ronnie Anne and Crowley who break Lincolin out of his stare and Crowley just overpowers her.
Luv realizig her power is limited retreats knowing it wouldn't be wise. In Toffee's lair, Luv decides to make an advancement on her plans and asks the Scientists about the Pandora power source and they say that they are trying to stablize it, as Emma and Rikki are test subjects to it's power and that is why they can't bring them out every time. Luv calls this BS and takes some of the Pandora Matter that is being generated and tested and pours it on herself where she changes into a new form.
Chapter 4[]
Lalo springs the real real trap and has Grodd and Fern restrain them again. Lalo calls Luv and Promethus who have been the ones controlling the situation.Promethus equips the Dark Cannon ready to deliver to Toffee the heroines and the Street Fighter character. Luv now upgraded with her pandora infection start pounding on Luz and sadistcally taunts her about how she is losing her live, her home and her magic and that she is no match for her. Ibuki attacks Luv, but has to be more speedy since Luv is now much stronger and when Luv doesn't have any luck, she decides to kill Anne and Marcy by asking Grodd to just crush them to death.
Luv decides to just kill Luz right there after Ibuki is trophized by Promethus, but Eda shows up and saves Luz and holds Luv down.
Chapter 5[]
Luv is present when Lalo deducts that something up with Toffee dealing with an outsider rather than one of his allies and he is quick to notice time cracks which gets Immortus and Grodd calling him crazy with Luv confirming his statements as N.Tropy arrives.
After N.Tropy is accepted into the group, N.Tropy with Luv and Morag meets with Emma and Rikki where they explain they were captured as a way of attack and they used this power source known as Pandora to turn them into attack dogs and used their powers as part of conquest. Though some of their plans did go in shambles. N.Tropy admits that while what they did wasn't too bad, he has a new plan and he presents coral. Luv dismisses him for bringing coral, N.Tropy tells Luv that this is rainbow coral and there is poison in them that can affect fish and mer people and that it causes Fish fever. Morag orders Emma and Rikki to approach the doctor and they do so. N.Tropy then pricks both of them with rainbow coral and asks the two to get as much seafood as they can.
Amanda and Luv have found each other and they start fighting themselves and just like what anticpated. Amanda is clearly winning despite Luv's upgraded power due to Amanda being a skilled and seasoned fighter with raw power and is having her on the ropes intending to finish her when Luv calls in Grodd to help and they start double teaming her. Amanda contiunes her fighting despite this and she uses her abilities to keep herself on edge when Grodd pins her down and Luv decides to kill her without monologing when Amanda blinds them with the sand she throws at them and grabs the tall gorilla off her and throws him at Luv and then she start slaughtering through Toffee's forces like butter.
Luv and Grodd both remove the trophy Ibuki and bring her back. Ibuki is ready to attack both of them, but Grodd holds her and Luv announces that Toffee has begun to the next step of his plots. Ibuki unimpressed with this say he wouldn't succeed, Grodd says that Ibuki is the next step and orders Luv to insert that syringe in her. Luv inserts a syringe into Ibuki and Ibuki begins feeling pain as she is feelng twitches and start feeling pain and then she begin glowing. Luv and Grodd watch as a result and as the light fades away Ibuki has been transformed she is now wearing a black skin tight top that shows her torso definition quite well, a purple waist sash that also keeps her brown pants on, her pants are similar to her default outfit's but are cut lower at the hips than her default, and her top rides higher meaning this outfit is even more revealing in that area. She also wears skulls as knee pads as aesthetics. She speaks she is ready to serve the cult pleasing Luv and Grodd
Luv and Grodd present Evil Ibuki to Toffee, pleasing him that he has turned her with Pandora. He also decided to get rid of all the Pandora.
Chapter 6[]
Chip requests Luv to come to his casino for anyone who suspects his and Toffee's plans, She goes after Captain Hero and Elfo with intent to kill them and almost succeeds when Snart's backup plan, his sister, himself and Luci stop her.
Lalo and the Ganggreen gang show up at the scene of the crime and ask Pinstripe and Luv what happened, and Pinstripe stated that Whistler Casino was robbed and destoryed by a bunch of heisters. Lalo reminds him that this is why can't Toffee can't just rely on Disney Villains and why he needs them, Luv concedes to this point and asks what will Lalo do know until N-tropy pulls eveyone leaving Luv alone.
Luv angered at being left behind asks about her when Ibuki shows up on her and throws a knife at her head distracting her with Ibuki tackling Luv down and pins her downs. Luv asks what is Ibuki's deal they are on the same side. Ibuki explains not anymore, and that she knows too much about Toffee's plan and that she is no longer needed under Toffee's order, Luv realizes Lalo was right and tries to sway Ibuki not to kill her as she made Ibuki the assassin she is now. Ibuki points that she has gotten his favor more than she ever has with her new clan and rams a katana in her and then the geki clan arrives and disposes Luv's body away as Ibuki calls Toffee about her successful mission at the casino.
