An elderly Lucien
Lucien Fairfax is a villain and corrupt politician hailing from Fable II.
He is voiced by Oliver Cotton.
He was both formerly the Mayor of Bowerstone and owner of Castle Fairfax. He was living happily in the castle with his wife and daughter until their deaths from an unknown illness. He began to study the Tattered Spire and planned to rebuild it in hopes to restore their lives. Lucien later hears of two children that have used a magical music box and calls them to his castle. After testing them, he came to the conclusion that they are heroes, however, after coming to the conclusion that one of them is the fourth, he executes Rose and shoots Sparrow, with the latter living through the ordeal.
With the two out of his way, he carried on with his plans and began construction on the Spire. He also intended to stop the other three heroes that would prevent him from using the spire: The heroes of Strength, Skill, and Will. After all four heroes united and the power of the Spire taken from Lucien, he met his end when Sparrow (or Reaver) shot and killed him.
Due to the reconstruction of the Tattered Spire, Lucien with somewhat responsible for the reawakening of the Crawler.

Lucien will serve as the main villain for the story. His plan is to use a superweapon, which could wipe out everything. More of his plan details is revealed later.
