Shen joins Malefor to increase his chances of destroying karate and he will do anything to achieve it. He is first seen with Khan as he takes his wolf warriors to devastate Equestria alongside his allies. After his wolf warriors were driven off, he wonders the perpetrator and also what is going to happen with Harvey. Lord Shen after hearing of Jr's attempt at arresting the B Team, He decides to use Cannons to get the job and has Junior supply him with them. Lord Shen plays off his move smart by blasting Mojo Jojo and Lex Luthor off when they least expected. He then equips himself with a giant cannon trap and battles Axel, Nostalgia Chick, Jack Frost and Angry Video Game Nerd. Lord Shen sees his cannons worked well as he brings Axl, Mojo and Lex to Interpol.
Shen tags along with his allies to the Pirate Island and when learning of Darkseid's betrayal. He has belief that Malefor will learn from this mistake.Lord Shen goes after one of the islands under Blackbeard's orders and on his way he reminds K. Rool of what Penelope wants from the crocodile. Lord Shen does an ambush on Hiccup and friends and uses their sought-out piece to power a machine he made for the occasion. He fights and loses to Hellboy but before Sliver can do anything, King K. Rool takes him to make sure he isn't killed. Lord Shen remind Ozai and Giovanni about their plan so the two leave off to follow through. Lord Shen tries to attack Patch and Colette though Lizbeth saves them which Linkara then duels with and kills.
