Lord Dregg is the final antagonist from the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
He is voiced by Tony Jay.
Description[]
Lord Dregg is the bigger bad of the 80s ninja turtles cartoon of the darker seasons of the red sky saga. He's proven to be more dangerous than the 80's Shredder and Krang with his plans with a bit more successful before it fails and even tried to make himself look like a hero to the humans that he would be some sort of savior and the turtles are the true villains even that failed he then fled after giving up his solo conquest and went into hiding that he also needed the shredder and krangs help to join forces with the turtles. Even when all that failed he wanted to develop a battlesuit that would involve absorbing the five aliens he tricked and and use this new power against the turtles and lost for the last time and got killed off.
He isn't big of letting even his most loyal minions failures slide for too much as he sent his second in command HiTech to be pushed out of the airlock into the vacuums of space and HiTech died from the intense pressure that destroyed his lungs.
The S Faction[]
Lord Dregg was revived by Sylar to work for him and have him use his military plans and advanced technology to help command his army strong. Lord Dregg would get promise to defeat the teenage mutant ninja turtles so he can finally rebuild his empire. Lord Dregg recruits the remnants of his forces to help him out and the S Faction.
Countdown To Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Chapter 1[]
CSM is showed Irkens, Dregg and Martian General X9. Smoking Man asks about other contacts and Homelander shows him some of the Virtumites lead by Thargg and Maximus IQ who he managed to get in contact with. As he is on earth as is X9 and the Irkens invaders.
Chapter 2[]
Lord Dregg has been tracked by Tucker X and the other Xs and he takes them, Mulder, Scully and Troy to come with him to track the alien in the city.
Lord Dregg is quick to renogize the threats the spies pose as The Smoking Man did tell him to keep any eye out for the Agents or anyone aligned with Team Free Will. Truman, Mulder, Tucker, Scully aren't taking this and proceed to fight the aliens under Dregg's rule. Lord Dregg does put a call to Homelander about what he has found and that it could be evidence he needs for that man hunt as he recongizes all of the group namely Truman is affilated with Team Free Will.
Troy does restrain Lord Dregg from saying anything further with Trudy and Tuesday helping with this as the others unload maganizes of ammo on Dregg's alien allies or using weapons like Truman is doing so. Dregg is more of a match and does manage to put Troy, Tuesday and Trudy on the ropes as well during their face off
Though Dregg does get damaged in his fight a few times and loses a few men. Dregg taunts the spies that he still has the upperhand, there are more like him around here for the time and while he can't do them it's under his boss's orders that he can't kill them.
Homelander arrives and tells Dregg to just leave and help the Martian out attempting to get more of more people
Dregg shows up as reinforcement for Thragg and The Almighty Tallest to attack The President and his crew. This is when Master Chief and Agent Bishop make an connection that Dregg is on the alert as well and he has arrived with other reinforcments causing a drastic attack.
Everyone goes after Dregg, The Almightly Tallest and the Virtumites.
Despite the resisance of them all, they are still one ship against a fleet and it looks to be the end as Dregg and The Irkens intent to destory the crew while they're tired. This is until another ship manages to arrive and stop the forces from destroying the ship and magnets the crew up
Dregg and Z9 attack Slade and his crew as themselves and with Octopus monsters provided by The Sales Guy. He and his men with Z9 attack Slade and his crew alongside Marcy Wu and engage against Slade's forces other than Slade, Mojo, Dr.Insano and Varrick as the latter 3 are helping Marcy.
Varrick saves Slade and Marcy with his magic vine technology with the help of Dr.Insano who used the gauntlets he stole off Jesu Otaku uppercuts Lord Dregg and Z9 though only dents the alien invader himself helps the two get back to safety
Chapter 3[]
The Smoking Man, Homelander, The Deep and A -Train are contacted by Lord Dregg and Thragg. They are told of Maximus's kidnap at the hands of Nolan and Ford. The Smoking Man and Homelander simply tell them to such get him back or they will suffer the consequences.
Lord Dregg also reports to him his encounter with Slade and Marcy Wu as well as the former's team
The Smoking Man advises Thragg and Dregg to deal The Bad Guys they caught to the Pirates so he can more resources to follow with his secret operation.
Snake reveals his plan, Dregg is working on something with the leader of this so called conspiracy and he's a human. Betty asks for a description, Snake goes on to say he's a older man but a dangerous man, he led one operation of attempted alien invasions before but is trying to finish the job like he did before
Bruce, Larke, Mr.Wolf and Betty overhear a security alarm going off about a premier breach and it turns out it's Dregg who BIshop found and Bishop is using every opporunity he can to fight Lord Dregg though a good deal of it is for naught due to Dregg's power, though Bishop gets a few hits in and uses of all things a tie to seal the deal.
As Bishop manages to gain some sense of an upperhand on Lord Dregg, He pulls his trump card and stuns Lord Dregg with a MIB like device. Bishop acquires something for his employer and heads off, Dregg puts a lock down on the mother ship intending to kill everyone inside. This just about works until The Bad GUys crash into the mother board and pick up the rest intend to go back to Deathstroke, Ford and Omni Man
Dregg in then present in Zim's Town With The Irekns, General Z9 and The Smoking Man to help CSM catch and try to kill Anti Cosmo and Bender
The Smoking Man recongizes that is Professor Membrane in the house hold and recongizing him due to Homelander, he decides to have him killed as well. He has the Almightly Tallest command the Irkens and Dregg attack the House hold.
After arresting Professor Membrane, Anti Cosmo, Bender. Dregg and The Almighty Tallest ask about CSM's other foes and The Smoking Man orders them killed and detained as well.
The Irkens and Dregg all corner Sid, Starlight, Lisa, Vee, Wile E and Libby ask they try to save Anti Cosmo, Bender and Membrane.
Sid, Vee, Starlight, and Libby are successful in stalling the Irkens, and they end up killing hundreds thanks to Wile E rigging the ships with TNT and Lisa detonating it. Dregg decides to leave to as do the Tallest to engage in their plans with the monsters that were left loose by The Sales Man. Martian General Z9 leaves with Dregg as well as he watches them fight their sources
The Resisty is already on it's way to the base as Lisa explained to them. The Smoking Man however is already on to this. He is with Martian General Z9 and decides to have him capture the Resisty like Bender, Anti Cosmo and Professor Membrane.
Martian General Z9 deliver them to the slammer where those others are.
Z9 is against this as it will allow them to get away, Though Makarov states this is what The Smoking Man wants, he wants them dead in that imprisonment. As The Smoking Man explains to the duo with them out of the way, that they pose a threat to The Irkens and he is doing this to keep their alliance. The mysterious person asks if he captured the robot, CSM states he did and he will arrange him to see the robot and the anitfairy before he has them killed.
Dregg has his ship ready for Homelander, Jacob Hopkins and A-Train where they head to track on The Deep's instructions
The Deep, Homelander, Lord Dregg , Jacob Hopkins and A Train are all outside the island with Homelander leading the attack with A Train, The Deep and Lord Dregg all intent to capture them.
Luan, Gwen and Kate Bishop are fighting off Lord Dregg and his alien forces,
Kate Bishop and Dregg are busy fighting themselves with Dregg holding his own with Kate also being just as capable on her own up front. She does stun him frequently with her arrows and then uses them to trap him. She uses her own explosive arrows to explode on Dregg and then uses them on Homelander to help Hero, Shark Man and Lava Woman.
Chapter 4[]
Lord Dregg follows Blackfire, Thragg and Maximus to go after Ford and his group, as they all intent to insure the other ship is taken off. He goes against Bishop and the others and flees after realizing he has more trouble than he realized.
Lord Dregg is in Townsvile and is given the chronoton dentators with Zib, Z9, Hopkins and Homelander by The CSM so they can proceed with a part of their plan to insure control over the multiverse. Tighten arrives as well and informs the crew of the arrival of Slade and his associates
He and the others hand them to Hopkins to deal with it while Slade is top pirority as he sends his men to help Hopkins. Dregg and the group go after and fight off Slade with The CSM and their forces put up a lot of a fight, FIghting Slade's army though takes a toll when Slade's group overpowers Dregg though he is lucky to escapes afterward after Hopkins reports of his success
Chapter 5[]
Being joined by Maximus and Blackfire, Lord Dregg finds the Neutralizer and recurits his old associate to help The Consipracy, as he and the ally go back a while's away. Upon Blackfire tracking Ford's team, He and The Neutralizer show together to go after the crew leading to the hideout to The Ravengers.
He and his associate track and face off with RJ and Cypto, with him dealing with the alien and in a cowardly way uses the capsule as a way to get the two off him and Neutralize. Dregg knows that he has been licked hence why he did so. Dregg, Z9 and The CSM observe their adversaries and the former two join Thragg in preparing for his invasion, as the latter was tired of waiting.
Chapter 6[]
Dregg and Newtrailzer go after Deathstroke and Co as part of Deathstroke's plan as part of a distraction to insure Thragg can conquer the planet.
Finale[]
He takes on Bishop and The Bad Guys with the Newtrailzer and is killed by them.
