Meister of War[]
Loony Bin Jim is a cannibal that is feared by his family members, all except his brother Jigsaw. Jim is also an enemy of The Punisher. He is broken out of prison by Johan Liebert, when he brought Shion Sonozaki to pretend to be a sweet and young innocent girl, while Elder Toguro shapeshifts into a random woman to make it look like, he is his wife as a disguise that they are a traveling family. Shion Sonozaki and Elder Toguro distracted the police guards, while Johan Liebert visited Loony's cell to recruit him into his villains group The Murderistic League. Jim was told by Liebert that when he lets him out, he is allowed the freedom to slaughter any innocent lives that come across his path and devour their flesh. He accepts Johan Liebert's offer, shaking his hand and then the blonde monstrous villain gives a nod to Shion Sonozaki as she had snuck the gun of a security guard and pointed at him, filling his chest with bullets and Elder Toguro laughs sadistically finally giving up his act as he stretches his sharp pointy spearing fingers to stab them through into killing several policemen. Johan Liebert tells Shion Sonozaki to retrieve the key meant for Loony Bin Jim's cell from one of the guard's corpses to their captor. The four of them have made their escape out of the prison as Johan Liebert radios Solf J. Kimblee to destroy it all completely with his explosive alchemy to rid any existence of their transactions here, while Destro commands his Cobra B.A.T.S. to divert the swat team reinforcements away from the operating Murderistic League members to make it look like only one villain is commanding this operation to attack the prison.
